Please contact us to submit an application directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com or  https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/KRNW/Dog Kevin aka Rocky is a 1 yr and 7 mos old 29 lb Kelpie/Terrier mix.  He is a wonderful lad that loves his people once he gets to know them and is looking to move onto his new home.  He does get along with other dogs.  The people he bonds to he likes hanging out with you while doing chores or chilling on your furniture. He likes dog beds and car rides. He is crate trained, potty trained and walks on a leash.  He will require a securely fenced yard with his new family home and no chickens.  Foster home has no cats.  He was dumped in country and being taken care of by an ailing 85 year old.  L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate. 2 yr old tricolor M/N Kelpie/GSD mix Looking for a dogs dog?? Gunner is your guy! He was comfortable enough around me, allowed touch, took treats, interacted some with me, but he really really wanted to play with the big dog in the next yard. He wasn't aloof though! Took treats gently, eager to please and loved being called a good boi, it was a fun yard time for both us us He does seem to be feeling the stress from the shelter, some have had some trouble getting him out of his kennel but he was perfectly behaved for me. This is an active breed, he will need consistent physical and mental exercise to be happy, it is likely what is causing his current stress and occasional barrier reactivity. It is worth noting that he was a very loud bork monster when I first approached his kennel but after 3 treats he was ready to follow me anywhere I was going Knows how to sit, walks well on the leash (just a tiny bit of pulling) and seemed potty trained!! ##2528145##
