With her friendly and playful nature, she is sure to bring joy and laughter to her new family. Nicky is young and has her whole life ahead of her, so she is looking for a family that can give her the time, attention, and love she deserves. Could you be the one to open your heart and home to this wonderful girl? She should not live with a cat. That is the primary reason she is being rehomed. Ms Lulu is quite the character! She is happy and funny and Loves to run and run. When she stops, she stops! She took over the house and yard the first day protecting and keeping all threats away from the fence. She is a snuggler and will sit on the couch and sleep in the big person bed or an open crate. She does prowl and protect through the night. She is house trained and uses a doggy door. Lulu is okay with small dogs but maybe no dog under 20lbs until proper intros are made - otherwise male or female dogs are fine. No idea about cats. She is a cattle dog and seems as if she may have been trained to herd beyond what comes natural? She got out of the gate once and was fine with the goat and chickens. Cattle and horses would be safe. She is an active working dog who would love an active lifestyle if you can provide it. She loves the water too. She will herd children by nipping on their heels so maybe a bit older children who understand that's just what her breed does and won't cry. She does pretty well on a leash, rides in the car like a pro, loves puppies because she was a mom a time or two. Her tongue hangs out and her jaw is a bit off (maybe birth defect or an injury) but it does not affect her appetite! She is spayed, HW negative and up to date on shots. The fee includes adoption fee and transportation fee.

Julio was found as a 6 week old puppy on the roadside. He has been a perfect gentleman in the house and has been raised by the old timers and seniors who have taught him proper manners. He loves to play with Bruce and Lulu, has learned to play in the kiddy pools, and is fully house trained. He is mixed with shepherd, hound, red heeler best guess. He likes some snuggles, sleeps under the bed or the coffee table. he's quiet and overall just the best puppy ever. he will make a great family dog. apply at www.krrtx.org/forms Please note all dogs are located in San Antonio, TX. We advertise out of state due to the critical pet overpopulation problem here in the south. We use Your Texas Rescue Connection to transport the dogs to your area. They are all up to date and come with a health certificate. The fee is $180 adoption and $200 transportation = $380. Thank you for considering adopting a southern dog.
