Story
Meet Magnolia (affectionately known as Maggie)! 🌸 Maggie is a beautiful Australian Shepherd / Great Pyrenees mix born at the end of July. She is a happy, active puppy with a joyful spirit and a heart full of love. Maggie is a double merle and, because of this, she is deaf—but that certainly doesn’t slow her down or hold her back in life! Maggie is incredibly smart and a quick learner. She is eager to please and has already shown how capable she is at learning through consistency and positive reinforcement. We are looking for an adopter with experience with deaf dogs—or someone willing to learn—who is committed to training her using hand signals and providing the structure she needs to thrive. For her safety, Maggie will require a securely fenced yard. She absolutely adores playing with other dogs, and we feel she would do best in a home with a friendly canine companion to help her continue building confidence and burning off puppy energy. Maggie is doing wonderfully with house training and has mastered using the dog door. In a home without a dog door, she will just need a little extra guidance to continue her success. At night, she sleeps comfortably in a dog bed but is also crate-trained if needed. She walks well on a leash and is continuing to grow into a very well-rounded young lady. Maggie is expected to be a large dog, and due to her size, breed traits, and enthusiasm, she would do best in a home with older children. She is truly a special girl with so much potential, and her foster family is dedicated to finding the perfect forever home—one that will nurture her, support her unique needs, and help her continue her journey into a confident, successful pup. If you’re looking for a remarkable dog with a big heart and are ready to embrace something truly special, Maggie may be your perfect match. 💛🐾 If interested in adopting one of our available pets, please fill out an application at https://www.cognitoforms.com/DixieGirl1/PetAdoptionApplicationForm2 Most of our are pets are fostered in Southern foster homes and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Story
Raleigh is a 12-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with a gorgeous coat and those signature feathery Aussie good looks. Weighing about 45 pounds, he’s the perfect blend of charm, loyalty, and happy-go-lucky energy. He’s up to date on vaccines and heartworm prevention and is in great shape for a senior guy. Raleigh isn’t a fan of cats (they don’t fit into his herding plans), but he does well with other dogs when properly introduced. He’s lived peacefully with dogs of all sizes before and enjoys spending time in our exercise yard. With the right owner and a little structure, he’ll do just fine with canine friends. Like most Aussies, Raleigh thrives when his mind and body are engaged. He’d love an adopter who appreciates a daily walk, some brain games, and lots of affection. In return, he’ll give you unwavering loyalty and a tail that never stops wagging. Raleigh is a joyful, easygoing companion who still has plenty of love — and life — left to share. Adoption fee is $200 and includes neuter, vaccines, parasite prevention, and microchip. Apply at www.fullcirclerescueandsanctuary.com. Transport to Hagerstown, Maryland or Newtown, Pennsylvania available for $165 transport fee plus cost of health certificate.
