HI - I'M MACY! I'm a sweet and happy 5- to 6-year-old chocolate-and-white Aussie-Lab, mix, possibly with a little pit mixed in. I have been waiting for two years for a home and currently need a foster or forever home. I was rescued from a high-kill shelter where I had kennel mates! I'm still very active, and so would love to be with a person or people who go for walks, hikes or other outings. I love the water and car rides and am a happy girl. And I love to snuggle! I weigh about 45-50 lbs. I would love a home with someone who works from home or is retired, since being with my person or people is wonderful! Can you open your home and heart to me? Henry just barely turned two! He came from a litter of seven is the second to smallest. His nature is mellow compared to his brother Lenny that my son has and much more mellow than my daughters three year old, ( all the same breed) he loves people and he is a bit shy. He’s potty trained to go outside and he is simply amazing when you throw a ball or frisbee because he catches it in the air almost every time as well as chasing it into the ocean or pool. He’s potty trained is very naturally skilled. I’m very disappointed and I did not want to let him go but my job is taking me somewhere dogs aren’t allowed.

My world is full of wonder and curiosity. I love exploring new things and I'm a playful pup always ready for a game of fetch or a fun romp in the yard. I'm very affectionate and love to cuddle and snuggle up for a good nap or for a pet on my soft fur. My gentle nature and friendly spirit make me a great companion and I am just the right size to care for (appox 30 lbs). I've got energy to spare and a tail that won't stop wagging. But what I want most is a family to share all my love and energy with. Adopting me means boundless love, and a faithful friend forever.
