Story
Nimbus is a mixed‑breed boy who most closely resembles a Bohemian Spotted Dog, and his personality is every bit as lovely as his looks. He’s gentle, kind, goofy, and incredibly affectionate — the type of dog who loves to hold hands, give kisses, and curl up right beside you. He’s wonderfully social with other dogs and often acts as a calming buffer for pups who can be a bit selective. Smart and eager to learn, Nimbus thrives on training and is especially motivated by play; his favorite toy is a stuffed duck that quacks like the real thing. He’s expressive, full of personality, and truly wants to be someone’s best friend. Because he’s easily startled by quick movements and feels nervous around small children, he would be happiest in a calm home without them. With the right family, Nimbus will be the most loyal, loving, and joyful companion — the perfect boy waiting for his perfect match.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Nimbus' adoption fee is $275. Story
Hi, my name is Cabo! I am an almost 10-week-old Aussie mix and am now 7 pounds. That’s a whole lot of cuteness! I am smart, funny, and playful. My foster mom says I am a character and that I keep her entertained. I love to romp around and play with my toys, and I just realized how much I love zoomies! I do still take lots of naps, and I definitely look for someone to snuggle with when I get sleepy. I am a lapdog and love being near people at all times. Another one of my favorite things to do is follow my foster mom all over the house to see what she is doing. I also love trying to play with my foster dog and cat sisters. I am learning boundaries, and my foster mom says I am doing a good job! I sleep quietly through the night, am learning my commands, and am doing great with potty pad training. I would love to go to a home with another dog to play with and be my best friend! Do you have room for me in your family? May 18, 2026, 10:34 pm

Story
Crowned Glory was definitely how they say the “the runt of the litter” she’s still small. Weighing maybe 7-8 lbs. I have to sit with her and make sure she eats all her food because she walks off then comes back (which leads to her brother trying to eat her food lol) She’s the sweetest very affectionate and very much loves to lead. Carolina King is definitely fuller, he’s now a good 9-10lbs. He’s more shy and not as adventurous as his sister. He’s in his bity stage now lol. May 18, 2026, 10:34 pm

Story
Carolina King | 8 weeks | Aussie mix Carolina King is a playful little explorer with a heart full of curiosity. He’s always ready for fun, especially when he’s right behind his sister, learning the ropes and joining in on every adventure. Sweet, smart, and already getting the hang of the pee pads. He loves to play with his chew toys and follows any fluffy slippers he finds crossing his way. He loves to show how brave he is.May 18, 2026, 10:34 pm

Story
Kenny is the kind of dog who doesn’t need to demand attention—he simply earns your heart by being quietly, wonderfully present. This stunning 3-year-old Australian Shepherd, with his rich brown merle coat and soulful eyes, has a calm, steady spirit that feels like home from the moment you meet him. At 50 pounds, he’s the perfect size to be your constant companion—never far, always devoted. After spending six long months waiting in a small New Mexico shelter, Kenny is more than ready to leave that chapter behind and embrace the love he’s always deserved. Despite a slight vision impairment, he moves through life with confidence and grace, never letting it slow him down. In fact, his resilience only makes him more remarkable.  Kenny is incredibly smart, beautifully mannered on a leash, and fully potty trained. He’s the kind of dog who finds joy in the simplest things—resting quietly at your feet, leaning gently against you, or soaking in every bit of affection you’re willing to give. He’s gentle with everyone he meets, wonderful with other dogs, and has a soft, kind nature that makes him truly special. Offer him a treat and he’ll happily sit… and if you’re lucky, he might even place his paw in your hand like a quiet promise of loyalty.  He would thrive in a peaceful home with a fenced yard where he can safely explore and enjoy the calm life he’s been waiting for. Kenny isn’t just looking for a home—he’s looking for his person. Someone to love, to follow, and to quietly adore every single day.If you’re ready for a deeply loyal, affectionate companion who will bring a sense of peace and devotion into your life, Kenny is waiting for you. Email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and give this beautiful soul the forever home he’s been dreaming of.  PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com  May 18, 2026, 5:20 pm
