Story
This boy was brought back because he was too much of a puppy who chewed because he was left alone and bored. So he is on the hunt for a family who will understand his needs and keep him busy!! He has a lot of energy and playing is his thing. He likes to play with other dogs, chew on toys and run run run. He does fine with kids, will have to learn about cats. He will need some work on housetraining and leashes. He is a bit stubborn when learning manners so will need a family who can work with that. A routine that occupies his time would also be a plus as that works with his breed mix. He is a sweet boy that has a wonderfully fun personality who just wants to live to the fullest. He needs a life full of adventures and activities and we know that family is out there for him. Dax is being fostered in TN but no worries because we use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. They transport every weekend alternating between the Northeast and the Midwest.

Story
Completely vetted and wonderful on their house training, but does require to go out several times a day. They will use a pee pad. Saved from high kill shelter, these girls are very sweet and loving. They deserve a home full of live and patience as they go through the puppy stage. They have not demonstrated any destructive behavior. They enjoy chasing balls and running around with stuffed animals. They are all good with dogs, cats and kids. I would say they are going to be medium size when grown. This animal is being fostered in the South but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road.

PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet. 6/1/24 STILL AVAILABLE! 4/4/24 Timber is a beautiful mixed breed dog who was found along with 2 others, abandoned in a remote area of Arkansas. Timber is friendly and sweet natured. This website makes us pick a breed when we list dogs, I went with Aussie and Catahoula mix, but please know she is likely very mixed of several breeds and may not have any Aussie or Catahoula at all! We believe she is around 2 years old and she weighs about 45 lbs. Timber hasn't had the opportunity to be around kids but we can't imagine her not being great with them, with her loving, sweet personality. She is great with other dogs as well as cats! Timber did have heartworm when she came into rescue, but we have had her treated and she came thru the treatment with flying colors! Being as young as she is, and having no symptoms, we do not expect she will have any long term effects; she has fully recovered. She is house and Crate trained. Don't miss out on this beauty! Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them at one of the following times/locations. Harrisburg, PA 2am Fridays Port Jervis, NJ 5am Fridays Southington, CT 8am Fridays East Hartford, CT 11am Fridays To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 Message or email apps.aasr@gmail.com with any questions. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion. WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Latte - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Latte: A milder, sweeter and creamy blend of your daily dose of caffeine! Hey there, I'm Latte - a youngish year old 67lb pup who loves to play and make new friends! People often say I'm quite the character, and I have plenty of unique traits that make me who I am. For instance, I'm a total treat connoisseur and will do anything for a snack. I'm also a friendly, playful, and smart pup, but I don't know many dog friends yet, so I'll need some help with socialization. If you're looking for an energetic and fun companion, then look no further! My ideal home would be one where I can get lots of exercise and attention, especially if we have some treats along the way. Just one thing - I tend to gravitate towards people who are just as unique and playful as I am. If you're active and love being a snack connoisseur as much as I do, I'm sure we'll become the best of pals in no time! What better way to spend the day then an adventure followed by bingeing on snacks as we cuddle on the couch!! If you're searching for a fur-iend to share in your adventurous life style, then I'm your boy!!

Story
Weebles is a 6-month old neutered male border collie/bully mix (his parentage is known). His date of birth is November 12, 2023 - and we actually know his date of birth which is very unusual in rescue! Weebles was adopted as a young puppy but after a few months his owners decided that a young, energetic puppy was not what they wanted in life as they did not have the time or energy to focus on training him. Weebles is a sweetheart of a dog and is always up for an adventure! Weebles is a very energetic little dude weighing in at 36 pounds currently, and will probably top out at 40-50 pounds fully grown. He is house and crate trained and LOVES to rough-house with other dogs; he is respectful of dog-savvy cats but if he knows he can make a cat run, he thinks this is a very fun game and loves to antagonize more fearful cats so he can turn it into a game of chase. Weebles is very smart and enjoys learning new things with treats and toys being his reward. He enjoys meeting new people and going for walks and runs. Weebles is a sweet, sweet boy who deserves to find a forever-home!

East TN. Out of state welcome. Transport may be available to your area in the Great Lakes or northeast regions. If you are seeing this in Adopt a Pet the great news is that the transport fee is included in the adoption fee. We use rescue riders for all our transport needs because they are the best. Meet Minnie. She and her sister were surrendered to rescue by their owners who said they were 4-5 months old. When we received them they were certainly not 4-5 months old they were only 4-5 weeks old!! We were not aware if this and would have sent them back to be with their momma, however when we saw their condition we decided they would be better off with us. They were loaded with fleas and their skin had open sores and rashes and raw spots and infection from scratching the fleas. They were finally healthy enough for their spay and are about eight weeks old now. They have had two rounds of puppy vaccines and spay and microchipped. They will need two more rounds of puppy shots and rabies when they are old enough. They are super sweet puppies and a little shy at first but they have pretty good confidence. We were told momma was a rat terrier type and they said daddy was a mixed breed medium sized dog. So we can o it guess they will turn out to be a small-medium size fully grown. We offered to have momma and daddy spayed and neutered and were told they have vouchers for them already. Apply at petpath.org
