Max is a purebred Australian Shepherd and 2½ years old. On his hind legs he is over 5 ft tall. He is fully housebroken. Definitely a velcro dog. Hes so very sweet and funny in our home. HES VERY REACTIVE...LIKE MOST AUSSIES ARE APPARENTLY...BARKS AND PULLS LIKE A LUNATIC WHEN HE SEES DOGS OR PEOPLE AND HAS NO EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER DOGS SO FAR. AS STATED ABOVE, HE WOULD PROBABLY NOT BE GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS IN THE HOME. He REQUIRES a fenced in yard to run off his energy. He loves kids but doesn't know how big he is, so they do tend to get knocked down, so very little ones wouldn't be ideal. He plays hard and can jump VERY high. He needs an Aussie lover because they're "special" dogs. Needs serious training!! NOT for the inexperienced dog owner. Thank you for your consideration.
