Meet Willow and Zoey! These two ladies lived together in their previous home and they find a lot of comfort with each other, so we think it`s very important to keep them together. While at the shelter, Willow and Zoey have lived up to their herding dog heritage-- they love being with their people, being active outside, and herding you if they don`t think you`re moving fast enough for their liking. Willow and Zoey lived with both a cat and another dog in their previous home, but we think they`d do best living as the only animals so they can settle into their new life more easily.Willow and Zoey are up to date on all age-appropriate vaccines, spayed and microchipped. All adoptions start with a visit to our shelter!

He`s looking for a home with experienced dog owners, older teens and up, and where he can be the only pet, so he can focus on building strong bonds and good manners. Just like his name, Shamwow is small but mighty! This 4-month-old neutered male Mini Aussie is full of spunk, sass, and puppy enthusiasm. He’s curious, energetic, and always ready to investigate the world around him, even though sometimes it can be scary for him!Shamwow is still learning the rules of being a good boy. He’s a typical teething puppy who is working on manners, impulse control, and appropriate chew choices. Because he’s still young, he’ll thrive with structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement training.When it comes to other dogs, Shamwow has a bit of a “Napoleon complex” — he doesn’t always realize he’s the little guy in the room. He can be loud and rude, which is coming from a sense of uneasiness and fear (we don`t think he met many dogs before coming to the shelter). Cooper truly is my soul dog. He is lovable, sillly, loves food, loves activity. He just needs more space and time that i can no longer give him. This crushes my heart to have to give him away but I just want him to have more opportunities for a better life. I am only 22 with a full-time job and i am currently enrolled in school to be a vet assistant and can’t afford to live on my own. I pray that someone gives him the best chance and life he could ever have.

Stella is a friendly and intelligent dog with plenty of energy. We want her to be happy and have a space where she can run around and play with other dogs. Previously, Stella lived in the mountains of Colorado, where she enjoyed a large fenced yard and had lots of friends to play with. Now, she is living in a townhouse without a yard, which has been challenging for her. As a very active young lady, she is currently feeling unhappy. Stella is a mix of Australian Cattle Dog, Husky, German Shepherd, and Golden Retriever, and she is expected to weigh around 30 pounds. She is a loving and eager-to-learn dog who picks up new skills quickly. Stella would be an amazing agility dog, as this would engage both her mind and her need for physical activity. If agility training isn't your interest, she would also thrive in an active lifestyle with an avid walker, hiker, or runner.  Stella is a very quick learner and was immediately fully potty trained.     To ensure the best for Stella, her new owners should have a yard or live on a farm, and it would be great if they have another dog and children.  Stella has plenty of energy to add playing at home to her list of activities.    Stella has been spayed and is current on all her shots until May 2026.  To be considered for her forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne at vivienneajames@gmail.com.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (Stella is currently in Tennessee and can be transported north upon adoption.)  July 30, 2025, 9:47 pm
