She is housebroken, very sweet and enjoys being with her person. She is a high activity girl and will need an active person or family who can give her an outlet for that energy. She is said to be crate trained, housebroken and walks well on a leash. She is currently in our DASH Prison program where her handler says "Jupiter is a fun loving and ready to please dog. she loves fetch or laying around with her person. She gets along with all the dogs she has met. She is ready to melt your heart with her constant licks of love and loves being loved on!" She has not been kid or cat tested. If you are ready for a buddy to go with you hiking or biking or any adventures or have a job for her to do, she is perfect for that and waiting for her forever home! We just simply put the toy away and everything is fine. At feeding time she goes straight to her crate waiting patiently for her turn to be fed. When no one is home, she's put in her crate. She goes in easily and keeps it neat and clean. At 23 lbs, she's probably about as big as she's going to get. Upon adoption she'll be spay and completely vaccinated. Here comes Petey!! Petey (Dos) came to Ohio from Kentucky with his mother and 7 littermates when he was just 5 weeks old. He has been in foster care since that time with his sibling, Chase (Tres). He is an Australian Shepherd mix which means he loves to run and play and get plenty of exercise and fresh air. In his foster home he loves to wrestle and romp with his brother Chase. He loves the outdoors, rolling in green grass, and scavenger hunting for anything that he can play with. He is curious, sweet and eager to please. He is working on learning some commands and also working on potty training but is still quite young. He does not have cats or kids in his foster home but given his young age, should do great with both if given proper introductions and supervision. Petey (Dos) will need to be neutered and complete the remainder of vaccines before he can be adopted.
