Banjo is the best little guy. Cute as can be and super friendly and affectionate, but a touch timid on first meeting. This goofy boy is on about 1.5 years old and just over 40 lbs. He loves other dogs and was fine with my cats. Banjo is smart and silly and super playful, without being hyper. So unique looking and such a good boy. Banjo will steal your heart for sure - a must adopt! Even cuter in person... LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health. We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process. All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit. We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs. Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility. They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily. All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595). Klaus is the silliest, happiest boy, but a touch timid with new people. Takes a few hours in a new home and then you see how fun and affectionate he is. He issmaller than looks in photos, as he is only 38 lbs of fluff and fun. Klaus is about a year old and loves other dogs and cats, so a home with other animals is a must, as is a fenced yard (although he can jump a 4' if his people are on the other side). Klaus sleeps in bed with us and is just a love bug.Truly just the best little guy; this boy will not disappoint. Active and playful, but not hyper. Not sure of his exact breed. Meet Millie, ARPH #14446! Millie was very much loved but sadly came to us due to her owner's terminal illness. She is a seven year old spayed black tri(turning eight in January), up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. She loves all humans, greeting everyone with a wiggle, just looking for attention and petting. She is a velcro Aussie, wanting to be with her person(or at least in sight), and will be underfoot wherever that person might be. Millie is VERY food motivated as evidenced by her weigh in of 92 pounds at her vet visit! Less intake and more exercise will continue her weight loss program from a max of 106 at the end of April in her former home, although she'll be on the larger side even at a good weight. Inside that bulky body, though, is a dog that wants very much to be frisky and active. She LOVES going for walks and does nicely on leash. A fenced yard is preferred, but homes without them will be considered on an individual basis. She's not a fan of the crate and doesn't really need one, but she will go in for treats. Millie has excellent house manners and will let you know if she needs to go out. She has opinions and will sometimes vocalize them, especially if she wants treats. Given her size, it's not easy, but she will sit and down for the right treats. She does alert bark when someone comes or she hears a car go by; no one will sneak up on you with her around! Millie is fine with cats and lives with two in her foster home. She lived with other dogs in her previous home and with one now, but she can be bossy and prefers not to share toys, although she's not obsessed with them. She won't be placed with another female, but she could be okay with the right male. Millie's dream home would be with someone who is home most of the time, enjoys long walks, will give her a couch or chair where she can be comfy, and who will love her for the rest of her life. Hi, my name is Zara! I am a beautiful gray and white 3-year-old Australian Shepherd Poodle mix. While ladies typically don’t disclose their weight, I am about 50 lbs. If you are a smart and active person or couple looking to adopt a dog with a similar temperament, then we could be a great match! I love going for walks and would appreciate having someone who can incorporate that into my daily routine. Getting outside for exercise is something I enjoy, and I would also make an excellent running companion. Visiting the park or going on hikes would be a lot of fun, too! Not to brag, but I believe I'm quite a looker, and I’m confident that if you took me to the park, we would make lots of friends together. While I love people, I am not used to being around other dogs, so a dog park wouldn’t be suitable for me. However, I’m always up for hanging out where the people are! I’m also a bit too energetic for young children; I sometimes forget that I'm bigger than they are and might accidentally knock them over. It would be wonderful if someone in the household could work from home, as I am crate-trained but don't like spending long hours alone. I thrive on human interaction and am seeking a loving home.
