Story
Hello, Indigo (Indy) is a mixed-breed Australian Shepherd with a natural bobbed tail. Her father was an award-winning herding Aussie. We aren't sure of the mother's breed, but she was short-haired. Indy has lived in a warm, barn-room kennel on our farm her entire life. She would not enjoy being an inside dog. My son currently lives with Indy, one other dog & a stray cat. Indy gets along well with both of them, but chases the cat on occasion. She is very fast and brings us rabbits and field mice for praise. She loves to play ball & willingly drops it for another chase. Praise is her favorite treat. Since my son plans to move soon, we hope to find a GREAT home for Indy & Bonnie the cat. Indy is very loving & welcomes all the visitors to our property. However, she is very protective of her farm and has been a little unfriendly to one of the neighbor's pack dogs. They don't visit anymore. She really wants a family that will spend time with her & loves her back as much as she loves them.

Story
Miss Molly Mae is ready to find her forever home. Molly is a beautiful 6 1/2 year old red tri Australian Shepherd with a full tail. She is being fostered in Soddy Daisy, TN. Molly found herself in need of a new home due to her previous owner's declining health. It was a very hard decision for him but he knew that it was in Molly's best interest. ASF was contacted and immediately stepped up for Molly. Unfortunately, once Molly came into rescue, it was determined that she was heartworm positive. A treatment plan was set into place and she has now completed her treatment and has a clean bill of health. Yay Molly! Molly is a very laid back girl and the ideal home for her would be one very similar to what she had with her previous owner... quiet and comforting. She is content spending her days right at home. A fenced in yard and a porch are definitely a plus! She enjoys roaming around the yard watching the wildlife and then will lay on the porch taking it all in. While inside, she will lay in her bed (or on the couch if allowed) next to you and be perfectly happy! She is totally fine being an only dog, but would also be ok with another laid back furry friend. She is such a good girl and so eager to please. Molly is spayed, current on all vaccinations, on heartworm prevention and microchipped. If you are looking for a new companion and feel your home would be a wonderful place for Molly to land, please complete our adoption application with the link provided. https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to her new furever family.

This Handsome guy goes by Kawaii! He is so sweet and an absolute cuddle bug! He is super loyal and loving. He’s about 5 years old but still has lots of energy to play! He loves going for walks and going for a swim in the summer! He really is the best dog, perfect for someone looking for a best friend! We can no longer keep him due to our first child being born, we just can’t give him the Time and attention he deserves. He’s a really good dog in need of a new loving family!
