Story
Blue Merle Mini Aussie. Bob can be skiddish and timid with a lot of people around, he is even skiddish and timid when first meeting someone. He is not great with babies/toddlers as he nipped our little one one time, main reason we have to part ways with him. His nip was very small and maybe a drop of blood, he has never full on bit anyone and he is not aggressive. It takes time for him to warm up and trust someone, but as soon as he does you will love this dog. He is very loyal and has the funniest personality. His best friend is Yaddi, the other Red Mini Aussie you see in the pictures. I would love to have someone adopt both dogs as Yaddi has really brought Bob out of his shell. Bob is great at listening and walking on and off leash. He loves to laydown by you and is also fine hanging out on his own. He has been house trained for a long time, but if something scares him he has peed a tiny bit on the floor here and there.

Story
Red/Brown Mini Aussie. Yaddi can be hyper, loving, calm, and hilarious all at the same time. She loves food, pets, scratches, walking, licking, and chasing. If you bring food out or go on a walk she gets so excited she wiggles her self until she pretty much falls down. She loves to cuddle with you and be calm if you want to just lay down and watch a movie or take a nap. She has been a great help with our other dog Bob, who we are also putting up for adoption. We hope someone will adopt them together as they love playing with eachother all day. We are giving Yaddi up in hopes that someone will adopt her with Bob, because bob had nipped our little toddler. It wasn't bad but to know more check out Bob's page. Yaddi will love you forever. She has the sweetest personality.

Story
Meet Yuna, a stunning Australian Shepherd with a beautiful Blue Merle coat. She is a medium-sized dog weighing approximately 60 lbs and is currently looking for a new loving home. Yuna is known for her loyalty, playfulness, and affectionate nature. She enjoys being around people and craves attention and affection. Without adequate physical and mental stimulation, she can become anxious and may display some aggression. It's important to note that Yuna's aggression has been primarily directed toward other animals rather than humans. She may require careful introductions and proper socialization with other pets in the household. Yuna does have a fear of men initially, but with patience and understanding, she can become accustomed to them over time as they gain her trust. Building a positive relationship and providing her with a calm and secure environment will help her overcome her fears.

Story
Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- New Braunfels, TX Meet Bentley! She is an 6 year old Miniature American Shepherd and weighs 30 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Bentley is great with older children, cats, and dogs! No younger children, due to her reactivity! Bentley bit the owner’s 2 year old daughter on her face. She jumped on the couch to sit next to the owner’s daughter. Their daughter leaned into Bentley with her weight and elbows, which caused Bentley to turn around and bite. She is currently taking fluoxetine, but the owner says this isn’t required by their vet or trainer. She is reactive in certain situations: delivery men, thunderstorms, fireworks, doorbells, vacuums, and hair dryers. Bentley also has some resource guarding issues. The owner is surrendering her because she bit their 2 year old daughter. She needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for Bentley, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherd’s Furever for their assistance in placing Bentley. Owner’s Contact Information: Monica at monica_pena@utexas.edu.

Story
Star is a 12 year old retired PTSD service dog. He was 57 pounds at his last vet visit. He has arthritis. I need to rehome him due to an upcoming divorce and greatly reduced income. He is given gabapentin for his arthritis once a day ($9.50 per month). Service dog training begins with Canine Good Citizen training. We did not take the CGC test, but Star would pass it with a quick run through the steps. He loves children, laying in sun spots, and watching over the neighborhood from the front yard. He does not like baths. He shakes. He does not like thunderstorms. He shakes, whines a little, and looks at you pleading to make it stop. If he barks once every six months, that is a lot. If you take a turn in the car roughly, he comments on it with a moan. (grin) You are only in danger of being licked and leaned on. He has worked with many trainers who describe him as a marshmallow.

Story
Chloe is a very sweet and smart dog that knows commands. She gets along with anyone especially human companions. I have had her for over 7 years and I got her on a farm in Seguin, TX when she was 10 months old. She is a submissive dog but has protected me several times. I felt safe having her around since I lived alone for years. The only reason why I cant keep her is because I am relocating to a different state plus I already have two cats. She is strong and has a burst of energy so whoever has her has to have the strength to walk her. She definitely needs a yard to run around and sniff things. she will allow you to rub her belly once she gets to know you. She has kind of a thing for men, not to say that women are not going to be favored, but she gravitates toward guys. She is house-trained. She won't until you tell her to go and eat. Chloe needs a home filled with so much love whether be it a family or a single person looking for a companion. A place where she can run freely.
