Story
Boots is very fun and always ready to go, he’s an Australian shepherd/ Blue heeler. He loves to play fetch and be outside, always has energy to do anything. A couple things, I want to re home because he deserves a bigger space and to be in a outside scenario, he’s very nervous and protective with strangers, has nipped a couple people because would try to pet him. He knows basic commands to sit, stay and lay down, knows his name. I want somebody who is willing to fix his behavior issues with people, he is a Covid puppy so there for one is a big mistake of not socializing him as much as a pup. I really want him to be happier and better trained. He’s about 3 years old , black and white paws, has rabies shot. Thank you.

Story
What do you need to fall in love with Bluebelle? A little bit of patience, a well refined sense of humor and a love for a quirky dog! Just like a long lasting relationship in the human world, Bluebelle is going to want to take it slow-long walks to explore and get to know you, a little distance to not go love bombing and the time to get to know this extroverted introvert. She loves to stop and smell the roses (or every blade of grass) as she explores the world with you. Not to mention her special sassy strut. As she gets more comfortable with your budding relationship, you'll start to see her weirdo personality come out. Where did that voice come from? Why is she rubbing on you like a cat? Is she ready for pets? Not quite yet! And that's okay!! In the home, she's mostly content to do her own thing. She loves to curl up on the end of the bed or a bed of her own to snooze the day away. Work a typical or atypical day out of the house? This girl has no issues being home alone where she can enjoy multiple beds or even hang out in her crate. In a yard, she'll get the most epic zoomies and then try to dig a hole. WAIT girlfriend! No digging! And she'll come over when asked to stop. Toys make her so happy and she'll use her inside voice as she chases balls, tosses around ropes and carries around a squeaky. She's most content playing with her toys while you watch-not much of a fetch game for her! Her volunteer friends best compare her to a cat-she's got her 'pet friendly' zones, chases the sun for her naps and rubs around your legs. It's entirely possible she was raised by cats which is why she has no idea how to be a proper dog! Bluebelle loves wholeheartedly and as the longest stay dog on campus, she is ready to move into a home of her own. She's got her bags packed already! We know you'll fall in love if you come down to the shelter and ask for Bluebelle! Oh and check out her instagram @adopt_beautiful_bluebelle

Story
Chief is a spirited and affectionate Mini Australian Shepherd who has been a beloved member of my family since April 1st, 2019. He's more than just a pet—he's a bundle of joy, always eager to bring a smile to your face. Chief is just over 5 years old, making him the perfect balance of playful energy and mature companionship. Personality: Chief is incredibly loving and thrives on attention. He’s always ready for a game of fetch, although his favorite part is the chase—bringing the ball back is optional in his book! His playful nature is matched only by his loyalty and desire to be close to his humans. Chief is looking for a home where he can continue to receive the love and attention he deserves. He would thrive in an environment where he can play, explore, and be a central part of the family. Ideally, his new home would have a yard for him to run around in and people who are as excited to spend time with him as he is with them.
