Story
Hi! I'm Milo. Could you be my family? (: A little about me... Species : DOG, a very cute one, border collie mix? City/County: Georgetown, Williamson County Rehoming Fee: $100 Age: Just a little over 1 years Spayed/Neutered: no, I was healing a broken leg and the testosterone is good for healing. Now that my arm is all healed, I can be neutered! Up to date on vaccinations: yes Behavior with dogs: GREAT, especially other young playful dogs. I really like when dogs want to play, run, are friendly and are puppies/young like me. Behavior with cats: not a great match, no cats please Behavior with kids: great! I was found on the highway with a broken leg in 2024. Two humans helped me and I'm so happy they did! They became my long-term fosters & tried to see if I had a family...but no one came forward - so they decided to keep me until my arm was fully healed. They have cats that I don't like, otherwise they'd keep me. I am now all healed and ready to go to my forever home. Love, Milo

Story
Maple is a sweet and affectionate 2-year-old Border Collie/Husky mix who we adopted from PAWS. She loves going on walks, cuddling on the couch, and snacking on her favorite treat — apples! Maple has lots of energy and would thrive in an active home where she can be your loyal adventure buddy. She adores people (including kids!) and is incredibly kind-hearted. However, she would do best as the only pet in the home, as she prefers having all the love and attention to herself. It breaks our hearts to rehome her, but we know she deserves a home where she can be the star. Maple will make a wonderful, devoted companion for the right family.

Story
Honey is a sweet, healthy girl who did not come from a nice home environment. Her current adopters need to rehome her as their older dog is not friendly at all with Honey. They did their best by giving her the care she never really got with the original owners. The adopters, who are a couple of seniors, realize that Honey needs a younger family who are active, a friendly but calm dog-friend, and younger kids who will play with her and give her lots of belly rubs. This couple tried their best to provide her a safe home but in achieving this, they also find that the fit is still not quite right. This is terribly heartbreaking for them and their decision is not an easy one. They have realized for a while now that Honey deserves better and not just "existing." Hence, our rescue was contacted to help them with rehoming. Honey plays well with the neighbor dogs and is not aggressive at all. She is quite good around children as the adopters have granddaughters ages 3, 2, and 1. She is definitely great with leash walking, is house trained and just a lovable "honey bear." Let's find her a last forever family and home!! The adoption fee of $250 includes the vet exam, up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, heartworm prevention, and a spay. We prefer Austin, TX adoptions but will consider nearby cities. A fenced backyard is a must.

Dora is the best dog and a perfectly lovely girl in all respects. She came from a terrible background and nearly froze to death before she was saved from a very high kill shelter. Today, she's all smiles all the time, romping and playing with her many friends at Dogtown Ranch while she waits for her perfect family to come along. Could that be you? Call us today and let's put Dora under your Christmas tree...you couldn't find a better dog to join the family and raise kids with. Story
Looking for a lovable goofball to brighten your days? Meet Ronin! This sweet, silly boy is the total package: dog-friendly, cat-curious, and full of doofy puppy charm. He’s currently crashing with three dogs and two cats in his foster home, and he’s doing great with all of them (even the grumpy old dachshund who wants nothing to do with him!). Ronin is doing a fantastic job learning the ropes of being a house pup! He’s mostly house-trained, sleeps soundly through the night in his crate, and has already picked up fun tricks like “sit” and “shake” (especially if there are treats involved!). He’s a quick learner with a curious mind and absolutely loves toys—whether he’s tossing them in the air, playing tug, or parading around the yard with his favorite stuffed prize. He adores his people and likes to keep tabs on you—he’s the type of pup who will follow you room to room just to make sure you’re doing OK. He’s affectionate without being clingy and will lean into you for pets or curl up nearby for a nap after a good play session. He may not be a full-on cuddler yet, but he’s got that “check-in” sweetness that makes your heart melt. Ronin’s ideal home? One with someone who’s home a good bit, maybe a dog buddy (but he’s cool solo too), and a human who’s excited to teach him new tricks and continue his training. He’s smart, eager to please, and already showing what a brave, happy, and resilient boy he is. Follow his adorable journey at @adopt_ricearoni and get ready to fall in love. 🐾

Story
Boots is very fun and always ready to go, he’s an Australian shepherd/ Blue heeler. He loves to play fetch and be outside, always has energy to do anything. A couple things, I want to re home because he deserves a bigger space and to be in a outside scenario, he’s very nervous and protective with strangers, has nipped a couple people because would try to pet him. He knows basic commands to sit, stay and lay down, knows his name. I want somebody who is willing to fix his behavior issues with people, he is a Covid puppy so there for one is a big mistake of not socializing him as much as a pup. I really want him to be happier and better trained. He’s about 3 years old , black and white paws, has rabies shot. Thank you.

Story
Kona was abandoned at an animal shelter in the snow one night :( my partner and I have taken Kona in. Kona is a snuggly dog looking for her forever home. She is very playful with lots of energy so a big backyard is required. Kona is kennel trained and potty trained. Kona does not do well with cats as she wants to herd them. She is super sweet and could use a tune up on her basic training commands.

Story
About Oakley: * Breed: Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix * Age: 7 * Size: 50 pounds * Personality: Friendly, loyal to his person, sometimes timid * House-Trained * Kennel-Trained.
Oakley has been with my husband and I since he was just a couple months old. He has always been our only pet so not really sure how he would be with other dogs, would recommend him being in an only-pet home. Oakley is disinterested with our kids. He would do best as an Inside Dog, sleeps inside, but he loves to play outside! He will play fetch until his paws fall off and definitely needs someone with a backyard. He also loves water. Oakley has some doggy anxiety with thunderstorms, very loud noises, and new situations so he will need some time warming up. He is not aggressive. He is very loyal and incredibly sweet to his person.
