Story
We’ve had Ollie for about a year now but because our cats don’t get along with him he lives in a cage most of the time and we’ve come to the point where we know that that’s just unfair to him.He also barks a lot because he likes being around people but because our cats don’t get along with him he can’t be out roaming freely which isn’t fair to him.He does have hip dysplasia according to the woman we bought him from but I haven’t had the time to address that issue which is another reason I’m rehoming him.Hes the sweetest dog ever and loves people and cats even though our cats don’t like him back.

Story
Meet Chris! This sweet boy was found dumped on the side of the road in a rural area with momma and sister. He is estimated to be 13 weeks old, he is current on all of his booster vaccines and rabies. We think he may be some sort of catahoula, aussie mix based off of what momma looks like (Opal), however, we do believe he is going to be much bigger than her. His current weight is 25 pounds. As of now we are working on potty training and this smart boy has picked up so quickly! He is incredibly people friendly and dog friendly. Christopher believes everyone wants to be his friend. Please reach out to learn more or schedule a meet and greet!

Story
Panda (52 lbs, approx 2 year old mixed breed possibly Australian shepherd mix) was a stray found in south San Antonio maybe 12 months ago. The owner has moved to California and could not take the dog. Panda just received a rabies vaccine on 3/14/2026. He has not received any other vaccines nor been tested for heart worms. He is generally well mannered and loves attention from people. When getting ready for walks, he knows the harness and wants to stick his head through the neck opening. During walks he usually stays next to me on the leash but likes to smell everything. When he sees other dogs, he sometimes pulls on the leash because he wants to sniff them. Panda currently peacefully co-resides with another dog and a cat. His only behavioral issue is that he seems to get anxious and starts to whine when a human is leaving the vicinity (even if the other dog is present).

Story
Jax is a wonderful Australian Shepherd with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He loves being spoiled, thrives on attention, and is happiest when he’s close to his person, cuddles included. Jax is a confident boy who isn’t shy about communicating what he wants, he’ll let you know when it’s time for affection, play, or just being included in whatever you’re doing. He’ll do best with an experienced, dog-savvy person who can appreciate his strong character and give him the structure, space, and engagement he needs. He’d also be a great match for a couple looking for a loyal companion. Jax does well with larger dogs, but he can be a bit of an attention hog and will happily nudge his way to the front of the line for pets and love. Finding the right home for Jax is incredibly important to me, so if you apply, please understand I’ll be very selective. I’m looking for a home where he’ll be truly valued, understood, and loved as part of the family. 🐾
