Panda (approx 2 year old mixed breed possibly Australian shepherd mix) was a stray found in south San Antonio about January 2025. The owner has moved to California and could not take the dog. Panda is neutered and received a rabies vaccine on 3/14/2026. He has not received any other vaccines nor been tested for heart worms. He is currently on flea/tick medicine.He is generally well mannered and loves attention from people. When getting ready for walks, he knows the harness and wants to stick his head through the neck opening. During walks he usually stays next to me on the leash but likes to smell everything. When he sees other dogs, he sometimes pulls on the leash because he wants to sniff them. Panda currently peacefully co-resides with another dog and a cat.

Her previous owner moved into an apartment and was not allowed to take her with her. She asked me to care for her while she found a place for her but she couldn't and after five months we can no longer take care of her. I have four other dogs and a 7 month baby who gets his sleep disrupted with so much barking.
