Story
This sweet fellow was adopted as a young puppy and recently returned to us with no socialization whatsoever. His breed (Belgian Malinois) and age demands that he find a home willing to put in the time for training and socialization so that he can be a well rounded and well behaved adult. We may have failed to find that home the first time around, but we will not let him down again. We are looking for experienced and prepared owners this time around. He can be protective of his home, likely due to his genetic drive and poor socialization so he can be wary of strangers at first. He is very trainable and would love for someone to take the lead and show him the ropes of the world. He is a sweet, smart, beautiful boy that deserves the best.

Story
Wyatt is 1 yr old Husky/Australian Shepherd mix with strong breed characteristics. Super friendly but is 60lbs and likes to use his mouth and paws to get attention. He would love a playmate around his size. Currently lives with a cat and 12lb dog who do not appreciate his attention or play style. He is smart, sweet, highly food motivated and occasionally stubborn. He loves to play disc and ball. Fully crate trained, basic obedience training and introduced to agility. He would be best with a good sized yard or someone with an active lifestyle. He has never shown any interest in escaping but does occasionally dig. I am not able to provide the active home he needs. He is a young herding dog and does small nips for affection and attention so I do not recommend a home with children. I travel frequently between SW VA and Southern Ohio and willing to transport him for the right home. Currently enrolled in a 3 week training program to work in manners, greeting and loose leash walking.

Story
AUSSIE, very active, unbelievably smart. She’s 4 years old and weighs around 25 lbs Sissy needs to be in a home with an active lifestyle. Aussie’s are incredibly smart dogs that are motivated to learn & please you. If you don’t have experience with this breed, we highly recommend you do your research before applying. Australian Shepherds need to have a job and if they don’t, they will quickly assign themselves one. From Sissy's foster mom: Sissy is a high-energy dog who would thrive in a home with at least one other dog or a highly-active owner who wants to walk her often. She loves going to the dog park and is very sociable. Having a fenced yard would be best since Sissy prefers to run around outside. She loves being brushed and loved on. She is house-broken and scratches at the door to go out. She is crate-trained and sleeps through the night. She is a very fun dog.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Don't let my name fool you, I am a girl! I've been told that I have beautiful blue eyes. My foster parents taught me how to sit for treats. I also use puppy pads in the house, but have started to learn how to go outside. I like other dogs a lot. I am still not sure about cats. I am a quick learner, though. One of my favorite things to do is cuddle. I am also crate-trained. If you are looking for a sweet, teachable puppy, I am your girl!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
I'm Stevie's brother. My eyes are a dreamy green. I'll stare at you when you cuddle with me. I get along great with my foster's dogs, but I will bark at the cats - although I'm not aggressive at all. I'm also a quick learner. I will use puppy pads in the house, but I'm starting to go outside. We both like playing with toys and are used to entertaining ourselves.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Suki is very sweet and sensitive. Will make an excellent companion for a lonely person, loves to hug and snuggle. Very energetic and playful. Loves tummy rubs. Gets along great with other dogs and will play for hours. Does not do great on car rides (gets car sick) Will do best if she could avoid transport out of Tennessee but it's not out of the question.
