Egyptian Mau kittens & cats in Lake Elsinore, California

Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. HARMONY is a sweet lady! When her human mama passed away, the children decided to take her to the shelter. We were told that they had promised their mother that they would be taking her in. While she was at the shelter, a nice rescue decided to save her. They had transported her to a facility where she was going to be boarded and there she started to act up. We got the phone call because we save the unwanted! We think they just need a second chance. Now our big girl is ready for her forever home! As you can see in the video, she still has a lot of spunk left in her. She does well with other cats but we believe she should be the diva of her own home! She loves treats, toys and tall cat trees. She purrs really loud! HARMONY has the personality of a typical Egyptian MAU. When the Egyptian Mau is happy, you know it. She vocalizes (called chortling) in a quiet, pleasant voice, swishes her tail rapidly, and kneads with her front paws. What makes her happy is being with her family, to whom she is fiercely devoted too or showing off her hunting prowess by chasing and retrieving a tossed toy or stalking and pouncing on a wriggling lure at the end of a fishing pole toy. She is a moderately active cat. She likes to jump and climb and will appreciate a tall cat tree, a window perch or two, and a sturdy scratching post that allows her to stretch out to full height. The Mau also enjoys playing in water. Don’t be surprised to find her dipping a paw into the aquarium, turning on the tap in the bathroom or kitchen or splashing water out of her water dish. Every person that goes into the PetSmart (when she has been there) to meet other cats she always has to be the first one to greet them. HARMONY can be feisty...but what DIVA isn't? She's a very sweet, vocal, DIVA that deserves a real home where she's not going to be tossed into the shelter after her humans die. Will you give her a chance? They were so scared and underaged. They were in danger so we had to find a foster quickly! KONA has been ready for her FUREVER home for a long time! KONA is a playful girl who loves to talk. When she’s hungry, she will follow you around meowing at you until you feed her wet food. Her favorite place to be is playing inside of a cardboard box. She loves a box full of toys so she can jump inside and dump all of the toys out. KONA is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / EGYPTIAN MAU-TABBY MIX. She is over a 19 months old and is good with cats and small children. In her foster home, she was around other kittens and older cats. She has never been around dogs. But he will warm up. He loves his soft food and loves to play with his foster siblings. He is very affectionate and loves to play!! Total lap cat. KANE has literally learned to watch TV. And in one of the pictures, you can see him siting while he watches TV. He loves to play. He is really good with cats of all ages. He is very affectionate. The independent rescuer was asked to help get the local strays fixed and save these 2 teenagers. We were more than happy to help! These poor little guys were so malnourished, sick and scared. So once there was space at our rescue, we picked them up! So CASSIE has known the street life for a very short time. Her and her brother have now been living a nice pampered life. As you can see in the pictures, she is loved and spoiled. CASSIE loves to be petted, but can be shy at first. You can win her over with treats! When you pick her up, she will be ok. The shelter decided to make her a barn cat and ear-tipped her. Well the kennel manager knew the she was too young and not feral. So he called us and we went running to get her. Now TEMPEST is ready for her FUREVER home. She is not a lap cat. But we can see in her eyes she wants to be. She loves to play with any cat that will play with her. She is curious and so sweet...the cat she intended to be. She is also great with all cats. Loves to wrestle and play with them. And will come look for pets now, especially if you got treats or can food! We know that in the proper environment with another friendly cat / kitten she will be AMAZING!!! The way to TEMPEST's heart is wet food. She will scream at you to hurry up!! TEMPEST really is becoming so much more happy and secure. Just look at her pictures! Well fast forward to 6 months ago, the lady was killed by a drunk driver. We were asked to help with her rescues and to our dismay, her house was a horrific hoarding case. We pulled 55 cats that were still alive. Our rescue took 26 of those cats into out rescue. NEZUMI is the seventh one to be ready for adoption. NEZUMI can be shy at first. He gets comfortable very quick and is curious about everything. He can get startled, but will come back and investigate. He will then throw himself on the floor and demand attention. He is a very good assistant and loves to help you do your chores. NEZUMI is such a sweet love bug. All he wants is pets and love. Loves to play. He really loves to play with anything and makes you laugh with his silliness. NEZUMI comes running when it's time to get his can food. He will actually let you know to hurry up!
