Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.2/24/24 Still available! 2/4/24 *Bonded pair*.  Shortbread (brindle) and Poundcake (brown) are absolutely precious! These little girls are 4 months old. They were surrendered to our rescue by the breeder because they both have Spina Bifida. They have no mobility issues at all- the only symptom is that they are both bladder and bowel incontinent. They will always have to wear diapers. The upside is that you don't have to worry about house training them! These are probably the easiest pups I've ever had. They don't get into things, not big chewers, easy to correct, and they love to snuggle, but if you can't snuggle, they will find a soft spot to snuggle with each other or play together. They are just as sweet as can be, and you have to admit, they are incredibly cute in their little diapers and suspenders! Even though they are still just babies, they are old souls. Despite the diapers, they are very easy to care for. We have them sleep in a crate together, without their diapers, on a grid, so their pee/poop goes under them, and they aren't sitting in it. In the mornings, they eat in their crate, then about 30 min after eating, I put their diapers on them and they come out for the day. I usually only change them one time throughout the day. Then, at night, I remove their diapers and put them back in their crates to eat dinner, and they are perfectly content to go to bed and rest for the remainder of the night. They love to go outside on nice days and explore the yard, but it should be noted that as English Bulldogs, they should never be allowed to stay outside on warm days due to their increased risk for heat stroke. They love being picked up and held or just talked to. They are very affectionate, but not at all demanding. They must be adopted together and stay together. Before applying, please think about whether you will want to deal with diapers on 2 dogs for the next 10+ years. While they are very easy, it is still a major commitment, and I don't want them to ever be separated or booted outside due to their adopter getting frustrated. So please put a lot of thought into whether you are ready for that kind of commitment. They are not free, nor will they be a deeply discounted adoption. Even though they have Spina Bifida, they are still wonderful, and I want them to go to someone who knows their worth and will love them, diapers and all. They are special to me and can stay here with me for however long it takes to find them the perfect home. Please private message for info on the adoption fee. They are up to date on vaccinations and I have had them spayed and microchipped.  Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Story
Bodhi is ready to look for his forever home. Bodhi is an 8 month old Beagle/Bulldog mix who came from the Amish when he got too old to sell. He has been in foster for about a month now and is fitting in nicely. Bodhi is a little shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly. His foster mom states he is housebroken and crate trained. He is a hoarder of things so if you can’t find anything just look in your sofa cushion. Bodhi also plays well with other dogs but does like to chase cats but only to play. Story
Surya is a 5 year old spayed female Olde English Bulldogge who weighs 49 lbs. Surya came to All 4 Paws from a breeding kennel after she was no longer useful to them. Have you ever seen a cuter mug?? With a smile that stretches from ear to ear and silliness to her core, this former mama will fill every day with joy! Surya is a very sweet, curious girl. After a couple of weeks to decompress in her foster home, she's really coming out of her shell! Surya is a happy, trusting dog who loves to play in the backyard and explore her surroundings. She's starting to learn basic commands like "sit," appears to be house trained, and seems eager to please and learn new things. Surya has done well with other dogs, but will need a home without cats. Her ideal family will have experience with bulldogs, so they understand her needs. She'd enjoy lots of green space around as she loves rolling in the grass and being outside. She has dry eye, so she will be on eye drops lifelong. We are so grateful for the opportunity to get this girl back to 100% - maybe for the first time in her life - and find her the devoted forever family she so desperately deserves... could that be yours??Help us continue to step up for dogs like Surya and consider donating towards their medical care: https://secure.givelively.org/donate/all-4-paws-rescueInterested in adopting?
