Age: 4 Years | Weight: 40 lbs | Breed: Basset/Lab Mix Bridget is the ultimate "low and slow" companion. With the soulful eyes of a Basset and the friendly spirit of a Lab, she’s a unique 40-pound sweetheart who is ready to find her first real home. The Lowdown on Bridget: Social Butterfly: She is incredibly friendly with all people! She has done well with children, though she’d prefer a home with older, calmer kids who match her mellow vibe. Dog-Friendly: Bridget enjoys the company of other dogs, provided they are calm and relaxed. She’s more of a "nap partner" than a "wrestler." In Training: Since she hasn't spent much time living indoors, Bridget is currently working on her housebreaking and leash skills. She’s a smart girl who just needs a patient routine and a little guidance to master the "house dog" life. Her Ideal Match: Bridget is looking for a patient family who will celebrate her small victories as she learns the ropes of indoor living. In return, she’ll provide a lifetime of loyalty and gentle tail wags. All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
