Eggshell likes to snuggle at bedtime with his nose buried in your neck. He warms up to new humans quickly after inspection.Eggshell loves other playmates and can even play well with big dogs.  He loves toys and is always looking for the next one to play with. He prides himself in the disassembly of toys. Eggshell plays with all the dogs in his foster house from 30-120lbs. He thinks they are all his friends. He is still working on crate training and he will have the occasional accident if he gets too busy playing and forgets to go outside. He walks well on a leash and loves to sniff all the things outside. Eggshell may seem small but will bring a gigantic amount of love and personality to his new family. Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. If you cannot find a particular dog on our website, he/she may be on a temporary foster hold. All dogs are otherwise posted until they are officially adopted. Story
Mia is a 10 month old loving dog who is a cross of an unknown breed from Serbia. She is playful and highly intelligent. She is a magnificent watch dog but not a guard dog. She loves playing with her sister June, who is also up for adoption but they do not need to go together. Mia will need a fenced in yard. Unfortunately there will be no exceptions in her case. She is a moderate energy dog given her age and needs a place to play and be silly. She loves daily walks but is not a long distance walker as she tuckers out fairly early in the walk. Mia would do exceptionally well in obedience classes as she is very smart. Mia's non strength right now is greeting people in the home and on a walk. She does not act aggressive at all, she is just uncertain. She makes smart choices to move away. I do feel that in time, as she builds more confidence, she will outgrow this Mia is good with cats too. Please reach out if you are interested in Mia. A home check and references are needed.
