Miles is a loving, happy, high-energy 4-year-old hound/beagle mix who thrives on attention, stability, and adventure! He’s an ideal companion for an active outdoor enthusiast. Miles needs daily exercise, frequent walks, and mental stimulation. He’s crate trained, potty trained, and microchipped. He needs continued obedience training with positive reinforcement, clickers, and treats. He’s a true hound! He’s vocal, follows his nose, and must remain securely leashed or enclosed. He has a dog friend but required careful introductions. Due to our health limitations, we can no longer provide the exercise he deserves. Adoption Requirements: Experienced, active owner; daily exercise; consistent training; safe, secure home; patience and lifelong commitment. Proper introductions to other pets are essential. Serious inquiries only. Please share your dog experience, household, and daily routine. Miles is deeply loved and will remain with us until we find the right home.

Leo is a very playful and intelligent beagle mix. We received him from a shelter but unfortunately we do not have the time to give him all the attention he needs. He is up to date on all vaccines and he is neutered. We would prefer someone who is able to give him the time he needs and the space he needs.

Jimmy is one of two littermates who were an owner surrendered from someone who had them since birth. They are about 11 months old. Mom was a Beagle and Dad was a hound or hound mix. We expect they'll have an adult weight of around 40 lbs. Jimmy is a sweet, engaging, playful puppy, with typical puppy energy. He loves attention, although it may take him a few minutes to feel comfortable with new people. Jimmy has arrived in Massachusetts, and his brother Bobby has already been adopted. He's doing great at his foster home; he's a cuddler and likes to be with his people. He rides well in the car and settles into his crate easily at night. He's learned a lot about living as a pet and is going to be a great companion. Jimmy is available for visits south of Worcester, MA. Alfred is Beagle-sized at about 30 lbs, but looks like a miniature coonhound. He's a well-balanced, happy little guy who engages well with other people and is relaxed and social around other dogs. Alfred probably hasn't had a lot of leash-walking experience, but he's getting used to it and doesn't pull. He has not shown aggression or been very stimulated around local farm animals at his Virginia boarding place. Afred is about 2 years old and will arrive in mid-November. Here's a cute little ticked Beagle with a spirited personality. Martin is confident and loves going to new places and meeting new people. He's comfortable playing with dogs his own size and is fine encountering dogs on walks. He's friendly around new people and likes attention. Martin is a curious explorer with some prey drive. He may bark when stimulated and seeing critters. Martin showed that he can climb some fences and would be best inside a sturdy board fence rather than a shorter chain link fence.
