This adorable 2 year old (as of august 2025) lemon beagle boy came to us because he was playing too rough with the little dog in the home. He is doing GREAT at our rescue with small and mid size dogs so the problem was the other dog. He is sweet and affectionate with people and would love a home where someone is home a lot and/or a doggy pal to hang with as beagles love company. He also tested well with cats. We rescued this sweet 4 year old (as of September 2025) boy and he is looking for his forever home. Sweet and loving, like most of his breed he will want a home where someone is home most of the time, and/or a doggy pal to hang with and a yard, no apartments or condos please as beagles have big voices! He is the larger size beagle at about 38lbs and loves to walk and go on adventures or just hang with you! He is a joy and smart as a whip. Full of energy. He loves to play “king of the mountain,” but he's the happiest when he's simply sitting by your side as you pet him. With a treat, he will sit. There are so many training possibilities with Moose, he learns quickly.
