This adorable 2 year old (as of august 2025) lemon beagle boy came to us because he was playing too rough with the little dog in the home. He is doing GREAT at our rescue with small and mid size dogs so the problem was the other dog. He is sweet and affectionate with people and would love a home where someone is home a lot and/or a doggy pal to hang with as beagles love company. He is the larger size beagle at about 38lbs and loves to walk and go on adventures or just hang with you! In October 2024, WEACT and 14 other rescue organizations headed to a puppy mill site in Busan that had over 550 dogs. This horrendous site was also located next to a dog meat farm. The site, where many animals were slaughtered, bore horrifying traces on the various machines and tools. In a place where death is a daily reality, Bert was rescued there.
