Story
We've got something that everyone is jelly over and his name is Peanut Butter. Part Beagle, part Pug, some might even call him a Puggle. We call him perfect! He is handsome. He is active. He is so smooth that he can kiss everyone in the neighborhood without a second thought. This guy is soo nice! He's sure to be a crowd favorite! *Peanut Butter and Jelly's adoption fee has been covered by a superfan!!* Here's some notes from their foster: Peanut Butter and Jelly are the sweetest duo! Big brother Peanut Butter is the chillest dude. He loves exploring and sniffing and wagging his tail all day long. He can take a nap just about anywhere, but make sure he has room for his zoomies and silliness when he's excited! He doesn't have a mean bone in his body, and even lets his little sister Jelly think she's in charge! Little sister Jelly is a big personality in a small package! She demands attention and will throw tantrums with her cute little howls if she thinks you haven't done enough petting! She likes everyone she comes across, and will bounce like a little lamb when she's excited! Both are trainable, especially with the help of delicious treats, and both love their walks and exercise. They will make you laugh all day with their silliness!

Story
Where am I? Who cares, this place rocks! And who are you? Oh, you're my best friend! Irene is a chill and easygoing lady who gets along with all dogs and people; nothing ruffles her feathers. She's on the generous side for a small dog, so you won't have to worry about misplacing her along with your keys and sunglasses. Bonus: Simply MacGyver her tail to your electrical system, and its nonstop wag will power your household for free! Irene is a Volunteer Favorite! Here are some notes from her admirers: "Irene is such a gentle soul. She's the kind of dog who grabs your heart immediately and holds onto it. She's great on a leash, fabulous around other dogs of all shapes and sizes, and loves to ask for pets, but won't be pushy. She is the total package, and I can't wait for her to find her happily ever after!" And here are some notes from her foster: Irene is the absolute best. I have only had her for two nights and she is a wonderful house guest. She has had no accidents, and loves food. She has more energy than we thought and likes to play with toys, squeaker, balls and you, she will catch toys in her mouth in the air and like to kind of play tug of war. Irene is also so sweet and snuggly too, gives lots of kisses and enjoys a good pet. She slept all night with foster dad, had a quick morning play session with us and slept all day with foster mom (I work nights). I think she just wants to fit into her family. She gets along with my two dogs and has just been wanting to fit in with the pack. (my dogs are older and not super playful with her, so i'm not sure how that play style is). She loves to go to the park and I will run around with her, she is fast. Stairs are no problem at all. We haven't left her home alone yet but I feel like she would be fine, I only heard some playful barks while playing. She seems to be potty trained and has gone about 8-9hrs between walks and overnight. We walk our dogs 3x per day.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Female basset mix with Dachshunds and Friends Rescue Lola is not a GGBR dog. She is a courtesy listing for Dachshunds and Friends Rescue in Burbank, CA. Lola is currently fostering in Northern California. Sadly, despite being a lovable dog, Lola has been without a permanent home for over a year. She is up for adoption and looking for a family to call her own. With her sweet personality and playful nature, she's sure to be a wonderful addition to any household. She is around 4-5 years old. Fully vaccinated and spayed.  Potential adopters should know that Lola is a hound mix with a strong sense of curiosity and a mischievous streak. She's highly food motivated and will need some training and patience to help her overcome her impulsive behavior. However, with the right guidance and plenty of love, Lola has the potential to be an amazing companion. She really is a handful. Lola came from the streets of Mexico and had been exposed to distemper and although she is in great health, she only has 4 teeth left in her mouth. She has no problem eating dry food and is very food motivated.  In addition to being house-trained and crate-trained, Lola is also working on her leash training. She's a social dog who loves spending time with her people and cuddling up for affection. With her endless enthusiasm and heartwarming smile, Lola is a true gem that anyone would be lucky to have in their lives. Lola is very picky about her dog friends. She should be introduced extremely slowly or, ideally, she would do better as an only dog (she is fine with kitties). Lola absolutely loves kids, but because of her grabbiness with food, she would be best suited for a home with older children.  If you're interested in adopting Lola, please contact Dachshunds and Friends for more information. With your help, Lola can find the forever home she deserves and continue spreading joy and love to everyone around her. Adoption applications are available on the DAFR website, Dachshundsandfriends.org. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Female basset mixMomo is a 6+ year old 70 pound basset mix..mixed with what other breed we are unsure. Her owner is needing to surrender her and her companion, Bella, because the owner’s increasing work responsibilities prevent her from giving the dogs the attention they deserve. Momo is spayed, in good health, up to date on vaccinations, housetrained, microchipped and has received good care from her owner. As for her personality, she is a sweetheart, loving all attention, affection, walks, cuddles, and chewing on her toys. She has some separation anxiety if left alone or separated from Bella and will chew on things she shouldn’t if she doesn’t get enough walks (away from the condo). Momo has no experience with cats and not much experience  with children.  It is preferred that she be adopted with her long term companion Bella.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 3, 2023, 12:40 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Female basset hound mixBella’s owner, who has provided good care for her and her companion, Momo, needs to surrender both dogs because of her increasing work responsibilities. Bella is a 49-pound spayed female, approximately 6+ years old and is a basset mixed with some other breed. She is up to date on all her vetting, house trained, microchipped,  and is in good health. Bella is shy and fearful of strangers, at first, but after warming  up, she loves attention and affection. She is hesitant around other dogs, slowly becoming comfortable and might play a little, but otherwise keeps to herself. Bella pulls when on leash and barks and lunges at other dogs when on the leash with her owner. She is best with dogs of similar size or larger and has never had issues with other dogs when attending day care. She has no experience with cats nor much experience with children. . It is preferred that Bella be adopted with her long term companion, Momo.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 3, 2023, 12:40 pm
