We are looking to rehome our Beagle/Dachshund mix dog, LuLu. She is almost a year and a half old (born June 2025). She’s a very active curious girl and would do great in a home where she has room to run of her energy. Unfortunately we just don’t have the time and space that she deserves. She is used o being around wild kids and does well with them. She has only been around other dogs a handful of times and did well. She has never been around cats. She has never showed any signs of aggression. She is up to date on all her shots and vet visit’s, fixed and she is microchipped. She would come with everything needed (crate, food/water dish, toys, harnesses, leashes).

Story
Rowdy is a little shy with new people. Shes great with all dogs she meets and would be best on a home with another dog to help her adjust. Rowdy is curious in new situations, but life up until recently, hasnt been kind to her..... so she will need time to get comfortable and then her true goofy nature will emerge! Like a butterfly, Rowdy is a much different pup than when she 1st came to us from the pound, with no hope of getting out :( UNTIL the rescue chick saw me and knew i was a diamond in the RUFF ;) Rowdy needs a patient home who will give her time to warm up, open up & trust. Older kids only would be best for her and a fully fenced yard is a must. Until she settles in she'll be an escape risk. An apartment would work for Rowdy as well. She is ready for her furever family!! Apply soon! Local adoption fee is $300(in TX)

Gus was brought into our family when it was just me and my husband. He lives on a few acres in the country and loves to explore, which sometimes gets him in some mischief with that beagle nose of his. Gus loves being the center of attention, snuggling with whoever will let him get close, and eating treats. Gus is such a loving dog and is loyal until the end. Once my husband and I started having kids, Gus’ patience became short with them and he was not interested in playing or engaging with the kids. He has become very jealous that the kids get the attention that they do and has begun acting out by urinating in the home/snapping at the kids. No matter what we do to help keep him calm, give him as much attention as we can, keep the kids at a distance, it seems to not be enough. Gus would be most happy in a home where he is the one and only and can enjoy love and attention without feeling like he has to compete for it. This decision has not come lightly. Gus is truly a great boy.

Say hello to Calvin! Mr. Calvin here might be the Calvin to your Hobbes, he's so sweet! Calvin was given up by his finder to our rescue recently but he's in good hands. He instantly warmed up and got along with everyone here as soon as we got him. Calvin is a Beagle mix, he's a bit of a bigger boy with his stubby legs- kind of like a super solid beagle but isn't short. Calvin loves getting attention, he'll bump you with his head so you notice and pay attention to him! He'll need a bit of leash work but is very eager to get to work! That is what people notice most about Calvin, is his eagerness. He will need slow introductions to other people and animals as he can warm up to others slowly sometimes. Local adoption fee is $300(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
