Rowdy is a little shy with new people. Shes great with all dogs she meets and would be best on a home with another dog to help her adjust. Rowdy is curious in new situations, but life up until recently, hasnt been kind to her..... so she will need time to get comfortable and then her true goofy nature will emerge! Like a butterfly, Rowdy is a much different pup than when she 1st came to us from the pound, with no hope of getting out :( UNTIL the rescue chick saw me and knew i was a diamond in the RUFF ;) Rowdy needs a patient home who will give her time to warm up, open up & trust. Older kids only would be best for her and a fully fenced yard is a must. Until she settles in she'll be an escape risk. An apartment would work for Rowdy as well. He adores all his doggie friends, large & small. Although he has not been tested with children, we suspect that he would absolutely love to have kids to play with! Curly originally came into rescue labeled a beagle/beagle mix & has grown into his puppy legs, proving to be more of a hound mix in size. He is crate trained, housetrained & OK on a leash.... though he would much prefer to run crazy in your fenced backyard. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CURLY is available for adoption through K-9 Rescue of the Eastern Shore.
