Cassie, a beagle mix, is one of over forty dogs rescued from a hoarding case in El Paso, AR. Despite entering our program as a shy girl, she has made great strides in just the last couple of months. Cassie is very sweet and affectionate. She gravitate more towards women and likes children. She is a great couch potato in the house loves to lay around and cuddle…get her outside and she will run the yard like a greyhound! She is doing really well…kennel trained, probably 90% potty trained we haven’t had an accident in like a week! She gets along great with all the other dogs. Cassie‘s a medium sized dog at under 30 pounds. Great size for an apartment or small house living. Local adoption fee for Cassie is $175. Rowdy is a little shy with new people. Shes great with all dogs she meets and would be best on a home with another dog to help her adjust. Rowdy is curious in new situations, but life up until recently, hasnt been kind to her..... so she will need time to get comfortable and then her true goofy nature will emerge! Like a butterfly, Rowdy is a much different pup than when she 1st came to us from the pound, with no hope of getting out :( UNTIL the rescue chick saw me and knew i was a diamond in the RUFF ;) Rowdy needs a patient home who will give her time to warm up, open up & trust. Older kids only would be best for her and a fully fenced yard is a must. Until she settles in she'll be an escape risk. An apartment would work for Rowdy as well.
