Story
Bailey has the face of a Beagle and the legs of a gazelle. He is trained to use a pet door and has been accident-free since arriving here. He's a sweet little boy that needs a family who will help boost his confidence. We think he's around 2 years old and he is healthy and ready to travel now. He seems to be afraid of men so a home with females or smaller quiet males would be best for him and another friendly dog would also help him feel more comfortable. If you're interested in welcoming Bailey or any of our Funny Farm friends into your home, please visit funnyfarmpets.org to learn more about our Tennessee-based rescue, the adoption process, the comprehensive vetting procedures these pets undergo before they come to your home, and to submit an adoption application. The adoption fee for this pet is $325, and an additional $200 is required for transport. Currently located in a foster home in Tennessee, this pet will be transported to a northern location after the adoption process is finalized. For details on meeting locations and the transport process, please visit the transport tab at funnyfarmpets.org

Story
Meet Weaver, a sweet ~8 years young spayed female beagle/shepherd mix, weighing about 30 lbs! Weaver was seen being dumped out of a pick up truck at a car wash in east TN (sadly, dumping/abandoning dogs is very common in this area). She was dumped on a street called Weaver Pike, which is how she got her name. Fortunately for Weaver, she was taken into rescue and is now ready to find her furever home and put her past behind her! Weaver is a sweet, friendly girl who is good with other dogs, people, and kids. She has not been cat tested, so we are unsure how she would do with cats. From her foster: "Weaver is very sweet and gets along well with other dogs. She has low-medium energy and is a great size pup! She is amazing with house training and her tail never stops wagging!! Despite her hound heritage, she doesn't appear to be much of a barker. An easy girl!" She is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. Apply to meet this darling gal today!  Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2251458##

Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Reno - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hello all you fabulous people out there. My name is Reno and I'm looking for a home, a family...one to call my very own!! I was pulled from the local shelter where I've spent 4 out of the 6 months of my life. I've never had a family before and I keep hearing how this thing is sooooo pawsome!! And, since you're reading this could it possibly be that... YOU will be my family?!! I am a very sweet fella that enjoys all things puppy. I love exploring this big ole world, playing with the other pups here at my foster home, getting lovins from my people, playing in the water, going for walks, you know...anything puppy!! I adore my people both tall and small, I love playing with the other pups and although I haven't met any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet, at my tender age with proper introductions, I should do great with them too. I'm about 6 months of age and come in around 20ish lbs so I should be a great mediumish size when I get myself fully growed up. That's the perfect size for sharing in ALL your adventures from the mundane daily to the weekend exciting, everything that includes us doing them together!! I've got those fabulous classic handsome good looks that will have heads turning, for sure!! Sweetness galore, adventurous and playful, I would love to be your lil lump of clay to be molded into your bestest friend. I am so ready to be that lil heartbeat at your feet so please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application. It can be found at haydudeequine.org

Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Royce - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hello, hello all you fabulous people out there! Let me introduce myself, I'm Royce, as in Rolls Royce. That beautiful smooth classy piece of enduring performance! I'm here searching for a new family where I'll have a home, for always. You see, I had a wonderful loving home until my person passed away. The 'other' family couldn't take me and dropped me off at the shelter. I just lost my person and now have lost my home too! But I'm still a loving sweet boy with a bubbly upbeat personality that would love to have another person(s) to bestow all my love! I am a total sweetheart that will have your heart wrapped right around my little paw in no time flat! I love people both tall and small and do fantastic with other pups!! Although cats on the other hand are a mystery that need to be examined. I'm not real sure how I feel about them but if they run, I'm always ready for a good game of chase! I am house broken and crate trained, letting us get right to the fun stuff right away!! I love going for our walks and get so excited to go. I've got a lot of get up and go for an older model at around 8 years old but I'm at that stage in my life where I sometimes like to stop and smell the flowers instead of just bulldozing right over them! And there's not much that beats a good splash in the river on those walks. I am a true water hound that loves anything to so with getting wet! With me coming in at around 42lbs I'm that pawsomely perfect size for sharing in all your adventures from the mundane daily to your weekend exciting! And if we get to go in the car for those adventures, all the better! I LOVE getting to go somewhere in the car, it's the bestest thing ever!! I would make a great companion type pup for someone retired or that works from home. I would even make a great first time dog parent pup. Are you looking for that mellow go with the flow fella that will be happy just to be in the same room? Are you looking for that special boy to share in your life's going on's? That FBF (furry best friend), that constant in your life that will never turn down belly rubs or treats? Oh wait, yep...that'd be ME!!! Please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application, I am so looking forward to being that lil heartbeat at your feet. It can be found at haydudeequine.org

Hello all you fantastic people out there, let me introduce myself. My name is Ollie and I'm here hoping to get me a home...one where I can be part of the family...YOUR family!! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping you'll consider ME to be your newest member! At only about a year old and around 24lbs I was found as a stray with a broken back leg. These wonderful people found me and knew I needed that chance at the good life. They had my leg casted and now I'm all healed and running and playing just as good as new! Will you take a chance on me too?!! But through it all, I still have a loving nature that does great with people. But with me still being a pupster I can get a little excited and might accidently knock over a wee little one, so I would do best with just older kiddos. I do love to make new doggie friends, whether they are big or little. Although I don't live with any of those creatures y'all call a cat, I don't seem to be bothered by them. I have the most adorable 'beagle bay' when I get excited. It puts a smile on my foster mom's face every time! I am house and crate trained which lets us get right to the fun stuff, right away! I am that pawsomely perfect size for, yes, everything. I'm so ready to share in ALL your adventures from the mundane daily to your weekend exciting. That makes me an ideal companion for a family that likes strolls in the park, hiking nature trails, camping trips and when the day is done, for curling up on the couch while we watch a movie. I will be your loyal companion that will have your back, always at your side...that heartbeat at your feet!! So if you're ready for lots of love and affection, I is that fella for you! To get all this awesomeness in one package, all you need to do is fill out my adoption application and I will take it from there!! You can find it at haydudeequine.org
