Toby is a 2-year-old Beagle/Australian Sheperd mix boy, who has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. Toby was found starving, dirty, and so very lonely. Today he is bordering on “fluffy”, and has a lovely shiny coat and the deepest brown eyes you can imagine. He knows how to work those big brown eyes to make you stop and give him a kiss, a tummy rub, or maybe a treat. He loves to sit in your lap or swing on the porch swing with you! Chloe is a very energetic, sweet, smart young girl. We rescued her from a shelter. She obviously had some training when we got her. Since, we have employed a professional trainer as her energy level made it difficult for us to control. My wife and I are both 73 with health issues. She loves people and is so excited when my son and my grandchildren visit. She needs a family to love and a yard to run in. Chloe is up to date with her shots and medication. Walks, people visits, fetch and tug of war is how she likes to spend her days before she curls up next to us and sleeps soundly all night.

Sweet Willy came from a home where he and 9 other Beagles were chained to garbage cans their entire lives. Taken off the chains only when the owner hunted with them. Willy had the worst situation of them all, his garbage can was so small that her couldn't even stand up in it! His back was so sore when he arrived that it took him a week or so before he could comfortably run and play with the gang. He was chained up like that for 10 YEARS! Willy is the sweetest boy you will ever meet and just needs a home where he can live out his days with lots of love and good care. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Three sweet beagles were dumped at a boat dock in a rural area where there is no animal shelter. Sadly, only two were caught. We believe these boys are brothers who appear to have been raised together. While we believe Henry would be ok without Hank; we think Hank needs Henry. These guys are not without health problems, but are so sweet and deserving of a loving home for their golden years. Henry has a grade five heart murmur. However, the echocardiogram shows he does not need meds at this time. Since he will at some point need meds, an adopter needs to plan for that. Hank has had surgery for a hernia and there is still a small one, but that is not a concern. We are just wanting to be transparent. Additionally, Hank is a very shy boy. Don’t take that in the wrong way; he is as sweet as he can be, just lacking in confidence. Consequently, he needs Henry as he is his one constant source of comfort. Hank and Henry have been in an indoor and outdoor kennel and still need some work on house training. They must have a fenced yard. Both boys dearly love spending nice days outside “together.” The highlight of their day is a leisurely leash walk with their foster mom. They get so very excited!
