Story
Meet Stella (Molly)! The perfect active companion who can go all day, or just chill and relax. 1.5-2 years old and 28-30 pounds of solid muscle who loves to run and would do great with a similar sized pup friend!Formal positive training (6sessions)Come, sit, down, stay, place, focus (eye contact) and off (or leave it). She is treat motivated, and is smart as a whip! The healer and beagle in her shine when it comes to training! She loves playing fetch too!She does need more help with loose leash walking, and she did great with the trainer on this! She wants nothing more than belly rubs, and to snuggle with her person. Needs someone on the active side since she does like to “work”. She is so smart i bet she’d learn advanced commands and “tricks” for treats. Loves meeting new people and would love another pup to play chase with. All training homework is available to her forever family.Meet Stella (Molly)! The perfect active companion who can go all day, or just chill and relax. 28-30 pounds of solid muscle. Is in foster care, where she’s learned perfect manners on house training (she will let you know if she needs potty time)! We have done some formal positive training where she’s learned basic obedience skills. Come, sit, down, stay, place, focus (eye contact) and off (or leave it). She is treat motivated, and is smart as a whip! The healer and beagle in her shine when it comes to training! She loves playing fetch too!She does need more help with loose leash walking, and she did great with the trainer on this!Current foster mom has shoulder and  back issues that have prevented us from working on that as much as we should—no fault of hers! She wants nothing more than belly rubs, and to snuggle with her person. Needs someone on the active side since she does like to “work”. She is so smart i bet she’d learn advanced commands and “tricks” for treats. Loves people and would love another pup to play chase with. Is fine with cats unless they run, then she wants to chase them and boss them too (but has never hurt them). That would probably improve with more structured walks and exercise. All training homework is available to her forever family.Stella Loves to play ball and brings it back! Wants to be close to, snuggle and gives lots (and lots) of kisses to her people. Is learning sit, down, and come, needs more leash work as she likes to “herd” her person. Too curious about cats, and wants to chase or “herd” them too! Loves to run in the yard and wants a buddy to chase, or for them chase her. Fully of energy and has a friendly, loving disposition to all the people she meets. Working on house training.Stella is about a year old, 22 pounds and a beagle heeler mixAvailable dogs are met by pre-approved adopters ONLY after a match is made. The application is the first step. Story
Meet Glacier — the little white puppy with a heart on his back and a whole lot of love in his soul! Glacier is a stunning Beagle/Chihuahua mix who may be one of the sweetest little puppies you’ll ever meet. At first glance, he looks like a tiny white angel, but spend a few minutes with him and you’ll discover that this boy brings a whole lot of sunshine wherever he goes. There is just something about the way Glacier looks at you — those sweet eyes seem to go straight to your heart, as if he already knows exactly what you need. This little guy is wonderfully social and loves being part of the action. He enjoys going places, meeting new people, and making friends with other animals. Glacier has even attended several puppy yoga classes, which can be a pretty chaotic experience for a young puppy, and he handled it like a total pro. New people, new puppies, new surroundings? Glacier’s attitude seems to be, “Sounds fun — where do I sign up?”And then there’s his very special little surprise. When Glacier was younger, he appeared to be completely white, but as his puppy coat has developed, adorable tan spots have started appearing. Best of all, he has one perfectly placed heart-shaped spot on his back! We’re pretty sure it’s Mother Nature’s way of letting everyone know that this boy was made to be a lovebug.Glacier is also off to a fantastic start with his potty training. He consistently uses his pee pad and is already making it through the entire night in his pen without an accident. As he grows and his little bladder gets better at holding it, we expect the transition to full house training to be very manageable. We expect Glacier to grow into a smaller adult of around 20 pounds, making him a wonderful size for adventures, cuddles, and becoming your constant little companion.Glacier is the kind of puppy who doesn’t just enter a room — he lights it up. He is happy, social, adaptable, affectionate, and absolutely adorable. And with that little heart on his back, we think he may already be wearing his adoption application right where everyone can see it.If you think Glacier might be your little heart-stealer, email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. Story
Chance looking for his second chance  Meet Chance Some dogs are given a name that fits them perfectly, and Chance is one of them. This sweet 5-year-old Beagle mix received his name because he was given a second chance at life—and he has embraced it with his whole heart. Chance came from a hoarding/ animal abuse case where his owners were consequently arrest, arrested.  Despite everything he's been through, Chance has never lost his love for people. His tail still wags, his eyes still light up when he sees you, and he still believes that his forever family is out there waiting for him. Chance is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. He loves attention, enjoys spending time with his people, and has a gentle, loving personality that makes it impossible not to fall in love with him. He is a little on the chubby side at 56lbs and loves to be a couch potato, though we have put him on an exercise regimen and a diet. Chance is currently heartworm positive, but that doesn't define who he is. He is receiving treatment and deserves the comfort of a loving home while he completes his journey to recovery. His future is bright, and all he needs now is someone willing to give him the love and security he has always deserved. Chance was given a second chance at life. Could you be the one to give him his second chance at a forever home?  Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  September 10, 2026, 10:55 pm

Story
Meet Ganache — a little chocolate-covered heartthrob who is about to steal yours! ❤️Seriously, just look at this face. Those enormous doe eyes, those wonderfully long hound-dog ears, and that gorgeous chocolate and tan coloring are enough to make anyone swoon. But the best part? Ganache’s personality is every bit as adorable as his looks. This Beagle/Chi mix boy is a total social butterfly who seems to believe that everyone he meets is simply a friend he hasn’t gotten to know yet. People? Loves them. Dogs? Loves them. Attention? Absolutely! Ganache has even attended several puppy yoga classes, where he happily mingled with puppies and was cuddled, handled, and fussed over by people of all ages. He thought the whole experience was fantastic and was clearly born to be the center of attention! And yet, for such a fun-loving little guy, Ganache has an impressively sweet off-switch. When the excitement is over, he is perfectly content to curl up in his crate for a nap or quietly watch whatever is happening around him. He doesn’t need to be entertained every second of the day and is already showing the ability to settle nicely when left alone. He’s also off to a wonderful start with his potty training. Ganache sleeps through the night without accidents in his pen and consistently uses his pee pad during the day. We expect this handsome boy to top out around 20–25 pounds when fully grown — a great size for adventures, cuddles, and taking up just the right amount of space on the couch.Ganache really is the whole puppy package: adorable, social, adaptable, affectionate, and already showing such wonderful manners for his age. He’s ready for a family who will continue guiding him as he grows and, in return, will have a loyal little shadow who thinks life is one big party as long as he gets to be part of it.If you’ve been waiting for the puppy who makes you say “Oh, I NEED him,” we have a feeling Ganache may be your guy. Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com to learn more about making this sweet boy part of your family.       ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
Madeline is a senior girl that came to us from the local Humane Society and we pulled her because we thought she was a great fit for BR and we knew we could help her. Madeline has a laundry list of medical concerns including Heartworm (which we will begin treating asap), a couple of lumps and bumps, some level of heart disease that we will be diving more in to, and Hypothyroidism along with arthritis. We need to get a little more familiar with her and her medical concerns before we consider opening her up for adoption.September 10, 2026, 6:03 pm
