Story
Blueberry Bagel is a 4-year-old Beagle mix who is looking for a family that appreciates the quieter side of companionship. She can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but patience pays off—once she trusts you, she's incredibly loyal and forms a strong bond with her favorite humans. She walks beautifully on a leash, is easy to guide, and enjoys spending time exploring the world at your side. Blueberry Bagel would do best as the only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention. A predictable, low-key household will help her feel secure and allow her personality to truly shine. She is currently receiving treatment for heartworms, and the shelter will continue that treatment at no cost to her adopter. If you're looking for a devoted companion who just needs a little time to settle in, Blueberry Bagel may be the perfect match.

Story
Meet Stella (Molly)! The perfect active companion who can go all day, or just chill and relax. 1.5-2 years old and 28-30 pounds of solid muscle who loves to run and would do great with a similar sized pup friend!Formal positive training (6sessions)Come, sit, down, stay, place, focus (eye contact) and off (or leave it). She is treat motivated, and is smart as a whip! The healer and beagle in her shine when it comes to training! She loves playing fetch too!She does need more help with loose leash walking, and she did great with the trainer on this! She wants nothing more than belly rubs, and to snuggle with her person. Needs someone on the active side since she does like to “work”. She is so smart i bet she’d learn advanced commands and “tricks” for treats. Loves meeting new people and would love another pup to play chase with. All training homework is available to her forever family.Meet Stella (Molly)! The perfect active companion who can go all day, or just chill and relax. 28-30 pounds of solid muscle. Is in foster care, where she’s learned perfect manners on house training (she will let you know if she needs potty time)! We have done some formal positive training where she’s learned basic obedience skills. Come, sit, down, stay, place, focus (eye contact) and off (or leave it). She is treat motivated, and is smart as a whip! The healer and beagle in her shine when it comes to training! She loves playing fetch too!She does need more help with loose leash walking, and she did great with the trainer on this!Current foster mom has shoulder and  back issues that have prevented us from working on that as much as we should—no fault of hers! She wants nothing more than belly rubs, and to snuggle with her person. Needs someone on the active side since she does like to “work”. She is so smart i bet she’d learn advanced commands and “tricks” for treats. Loves people and would love another pup to play chase with. Is fine with cats unless they run, then she wants to chase them and boss them too (but has never hurt them). That would probably improve with more structured walks and exercise. All training homework is available to her forever family.Stella Loves to play ball and brings it back! Wants to be close to, snuggle and gives lots (and lots) of kisses to her people. Is learning sit, down, and come, needs more leash work as she likes to “herd” her person. Too curious about cats, and wants to chase or “herd” them too! Loves to run in the yard and wants a buddy to chase, or for them chase her. Fully of energy and has a friendly, loving disposition to all the people she meets. Working on house training.Stella is about a year old, 22 pounds and a beagle heeler mixAvailable dogs are met by pre-approved adopters ONLY after a match is made. The application is the first step. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Baron is a sweet, affectionate boy with a huge heart and a playful personality. He loves being close to his people and is happiest curled up on the couch or snuggled in bed next to you. Once he feels comfortable, he enjoys playing with toys and sharing special treats—watermelon is a particular favorite! Baron is a smart, loyal companion who forms strong bonds with the people he trusts. He has a gentle, loving side and enjoys spending quality time with his family, whether that’s relaxing at home or playing together. Because Baron can be sensitive in new situations and needs time to feel secure, he would thrive with patient adopters who will give him the opportunity to settle in at his own pace. He can be nervous around young children and needs a home with teenagers or adults who can respect his space and help him build confidence. Baron is a truly special dog looking for the right match—a family who will appreciate his affectionate nature, respect his boundaries, and enjoy all the love and companionship he has to offer. With a little patience and understanding, Baron will reward his people with unwavering loyalty and endless love.
