Dolly was rescued from a hoarding situation in Seguine.  She was at term with her pregnancy and was scheduled to be euthanized by Animal Control.   She had her puppies 2 weeks after we got her.  She was very fearful and would not be touched.  over the past three months, she has come a very LONG way towards building a relationship with people.  She is wary of strangers and goes into fight or flight mode.  She is much clmer when she is on a leash with a person she trusts.  She is learning to walk on a leach and to be more comfortable in common areas like on the deck or in the yard.  She was in a house with 40 dogs so she's great with other dogs!   SHe will take time, patience and love, but you can see in her eyes, she is ready to have a real family.  To aplly for Dolly:  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57447/generic ##2223925##

We had to move due to unexpected circumstances into an apartment, unfortunately we don’t have the funds for the pet deposit and having the space he needs. He has always been an outside dog and loves to be outdoors. I’ve looked at all of our resources. Baymax needs somewhere that has a backyard.

He was found near the border of Mexico, alone on the streets and in rough shape — battling a horrendous infection in his nose and eyes. But even then, his tail still wagged. After a long journey of healing, care, and patience, Tucker is finally ready for a home of his own. We’re not entirely sure of his breed mix, but we are sure of this: Tucker is 100% adorable and absolutely ready to be someone’s best friend. He’s more into people than playgroups — he can coexist with other dogs, but his heart belongs to you. Tucker prefers human attention over doggy drama, and that’s just how he likes it. Cats? Not so much. He’s politely passing on those. Glory is a sweet and tenderhearted little dog who is about 3 years old and weighs 29 pounds. She does have a warm-up period when meeting new people. Once she knows you will be kind to her, she loves to get attention and affection. She was rescued after being found tied up in a backyard with her 7 babies. She was infested with fleas and ticks and never lived her life off a chain. Coming from the environment she was in previously, it is apparent that she wasn’t handled very much so she just needs a few minutes to know that she is in a safe space. She gets along well with the other dogs at the rescue. She would do best in a calm and patient home without small children where she can get acclimated to her new surroundings and learn to trust. She is a wonderful dog who just wants a family to call her own! Glory is located at our rescue in Hondo, Texas. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $325.
