Story
Riff is a shy but oh-so-sweet Beagle mix looking for a soft spot to land. He came from a home with many dogs, so he gets along well with other pups and kids, and he enjoys playing in water and hanging out outside. Riff just needs a little extra time to warm up to new people, but once he feels safe, his affectionate side shines through. He isn’t house or crate trained yet, but he’s a smart boy who’s ready to learn with some guidance.

Story
Dolly was rescued from a hoarding situation in Seguine.  She was at term with her pregnancy and was scheduled to be euthanized by Animal Control.   She had her puppies 2 weeks after we got her.  She was very fearful and would not be touched.  over the past three months, she has come a very LONG way towards building a relationship with people.  She is wary of strangers and goes into fight or flight mode.  She is much clmer when she is on a leash with a person she trusts.  She is learning to walk on a leach and to be more comfortable in common areas like on the deck or in the yard.  She was in a house with 40 dogs so she's great with other dogs!   SHe will take time, patience and love, but you can see in her eyes, she is ready to have a real family.  To aplly for Dolly:  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57447/generic ##2223925##

Story
Due to space limitations and Brutus’s high energy level, we are looking for the right new home. Brutus is a one-year-old rescue, exact pedigree is unknown—though his beagle roots are undeniable (just wait until you hear his howl!). He is neutered, housebroken, crate trained, and fully up to date on vaccinations. Brutus absolutely loves people. He enjoys long walks, playing fetch, belly rubs, and truly believes he is a lap dog. He has a sweet, affectionate personality and is great with small children. Unfortunately, Brutus has too much energy for other pets in our home. He would thrive best as the only pet or in a home experienced with high-energy dogs. He needs plenty of attention, space to run, and mental stimulation. When bored, he can get a little creative—so continued training and enrichment are important. He is very trainable and eager to please. We are committed to finding Brutus a safe, loving home where he can truly thrive.

Story
Meet Titus! Titus is a handsome, one-year-old sweetheart who’s still waiting for his forever family. His mom, Teresa—one of the most affectionate dogs we’ve ever had—was adopted along with his siblings, leaving Titus as the last one still hoping for his chance. We don’t know why he was overlooked, because he is truly a wonderful dog. Titus is about 1 yr old and weighs 25 lbs... he is heartworm and Chagas negative. Titus loves to play, gets along beautifully with every dog in his group, and has an easygoing, friendly nature that makes him a joy to be around. He is crate trained, social, and like most young dogs, would benefit from a fun training class to help him shine even more. He would be fantastic in a home with children or with an active family who wants a loving, playful companion to join in on life’s adventures. Titus is also heartworm negative and Chagas negative, making him ready for his next chapter. If you’re looking for a happy, good-natured, family-friendly dog, Titus might just be the perfect match. Apply online to meet him—we’d love to introduce you! 🐾
Every dog adopted through Tracy’s Paws receives: • Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate) • All core vaccines (age-appropriate) • Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives • Regular Deworming • Spay/neuter surgery • Microchip

Breed listings are our best guess, based on appearance. If you’d like to make this sweet dog part of your family, please review our adoption process and complete an application here: https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/adopt

Story
Meet Benji: Professional Squirrel Monitor & Champion CuddlerBenji is a young, playful, super sweet boy with two main life goals:Keep the backyard 100% squirrel-free, andMake sure he’s never too far from his toys, a cozy napping spot, or his humanHe’s fully house-trained and knows how to be a very good boy at home. In his current foster home, he free-roams like the responsible adult he is. No chewed furniture, no chaos—just good boy vibes. He’s even been left alone for long stretches and handled it like a champ.Benji lives with a male dog and LOVES having a play buddy. When his dog friend isn’t in the mood, Benji has no problem entertaining himself with toys, bones, and solo playtime. When meeting new dogs, he sometimes comes in a little… enthusiastic. Think “Hi!Hi!Hi!Let’sBeBestFriends!” right out of the gate. With proper introductions, he’s thrilled to make doggy friends.Despite his playful energy, Benji takes his beauty rest very seriously and fits naps into his daily schedule like a true professional. He is a HUGE cuddle bug and firmly believes couches and beds exist specifically for snuggling. On work-from-home days, he’ll either quietly entertain himself or snooze right next to your desk as your emotional support coworker.Benji is also a total people-lover. Friends coming over? Best day ever. Male, female, doesn’t matter—Benji is excited to say hello and will quickly wiggle his way into snuggle position on the couch. If you’re looking for a dog who’s playful, affectionate, low-drama at home, and always down to cuddle, Benji is ready to move in and steal your heart (and probably your spot on the couch).
