Story
Nyx is a very intelligent, high energy dog, very focused and agile when her sights are set. High athletic capabilities. She will need lots of loving support to guide her in new places to build trust and confidence. She is fiercely loyal and loving with endless laughs provided. I have 2 children she adores but her lack of spacial awareness knocks them down sometimes. She needs someone committed to her daily training/stimulation. She can lose motivation so I use an E collar. I have worked with well-known police K9 trainers that trained her and I together. She has great potential for sniffing jobs and can cover an extensive amount of ground. She learns commands/training quickly. However, she will test your leadership every day. I recommend no small dogs in her new home unless you are very advanced with training. She does have strong prey instincts. She is very healthy on a biologically raw diet. She eats anything. 100% holistic home.

This is Cleo. She is a beautiful, 2 year old Doberman. She is house trained, could use a little work on a leash, and is friendly with all the volunteers at the rescue. She is a medium size, about 50 lbs. Her owner had brain surgery and is no longer able to care for her. She has been loved and well cared for. They said she was a good protector of the home and very committed to her family.

Hi, I’m Shadow! I’m an 8-year-old Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix with a handsome face, a gentle heart, and a very important retirement plan: find a family, get comfortable, and spend the rest of my days being loved! I think I've earned it, don't you? I was rescued from euthanasia in California, and I came incredibly close to never getting the chance to grow old with a family of my own. Thankfully, Angel Dog Alliance stepped in and gave me another shot at life. Now I'm hoping someone out there has a soft spot for a sweet, mellow gentleman like me. I'm a very good boy with a calm, easygoing personality. I'm not looking for a life full of chaos or constant excitement. I'd much rather enjoy the simple things: a comfortable place to rest, some fresh air, a little exploring, and someone who enjoys having a loyal companion nearby. I'm at that wonderful age where I know how to appreciate a peaceful day! I'm also neutered and up to date on my vaccinations. My rescue is still getting to know me, but they've already discovered what a sweetheart I am. I'm currently in California and ready to travel when the right family comes along. I know some people might see my age and keep scrolling, but eight years old doesn't mean my best days are behind me. I still have so much life to enjoy and so much love to give. I just need someone willing to give an older boy his chance. I'm Shadow. I survived the shelter, I got my second chance, and now I'm hoping to find my retirement home. I don't need much. Just a family who will love me for all the years I have ahead. ##2766712##
