Story
Hi my name is Cinnamon! And I am just as sweet as my name!I'm a 4 year old girl that may be shy and nervous when meeting new people or in unfamiliar situations, but with patience and a gentle approach, my affectionate personality quickly shines through! Once I feel safe, I love to cuddle and be close to my people. I'm also full of energy and I have a playful, hyper side, enjoying zoomies, toys, and interactive playtime. Wait until you see my funny little smile! My sister Chridhe and I have lived together our whole lives and could go home to the same family. We can get jealous of attention to each other, so we would prefer a home with lots of space and extra humans to give us all the attention we love.We would thrive in a calm, understanding home that can help build our confidence while giving us plenty of exercise and love. If you would like to meet Cinnamon, she is staying at 91 Patterson Rd in Barrie. Our adoption hours are 11 am - 5 pm, or you can give us a call at (705) 728-7311 ex.6 or email at barrie@ontariospca.ca Our dog adoption fee is $585.00 each, and all dogs are spayed or neutered, and come with vaccinations, de-wormer, microchip, and much more! Story
Romeo, Romeo, where art thou, Romeo? If you're searching for a handsome little guy to steal your heart, look no further! Romeo is a neutered male Shih Tzu with a sweet disposition to match his charming name. Romeo has a few health needs that require special care. He has allergies, which are managed with daily medication and a vegetarian diet. Since starting this routine, his skin has greatly improved, and we've even been able to reduce the frequency of his medicated baths. Romeo also has dry eye and will need daily eye drops long-term to keep him comfortable. This sweet boy enjoys walks, making friends with calm dogs, and sharing quality cuddle time. Once he's had his exercise, Romeo's ideal afternoon involves lounging on the couch next to his favorite human. Romeo needs a patient adopter who understands that building trust takes time. He requires a muzzle for applying topical medications until a bond of trust is established. With consistent, gentle care, Romeo will flourish into the loving companion he's meant to be. Romeo is looking for a dedicated and peaceful home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by love and comfort. Could that be with you? Romeo has a few health needs that require special care.
