Deepu's life goals are simple: wrestle with his brother, run around in the grass, get belly rubs, chew on a good bone, and do it all again tomorrow. He's playful, cuddly, and great with other dogs. He loves car rides, does well with kids and small animals, and is still working on potty training with outside trips during the day and pee pads overnight. He's enthusiastic and affectionate without being overwhelming about it, and his foster says he's a fun, happy little dog to have around. Whoever gets Deepu is getting a full-time sunshine machine. A Quick but Important Note to All Adopters:
Please remember that none of our dogs arrive fully trained. Most come from tough or uncertain beginnings and may have never lived in a home or known basic routines. That means:

✧ They are not potty trained on arrival. Most dogs regress in potty training when moving to a new environment.

✧ They may lack basic manners (like leash walking or appropriate chewing).

✧ They’re learning, growing, and doing their best—but they will need patience, structure, and compassion to succeed.

The majority of these pups have lived in the confinement of a cage or kennel run for most - if not all - of their lives. Because of this, we strongly discourage the use of crates for anything other than vehicle transport. They deserve the chance to decompress and learn what true freedom and comfort feel like.

Our amazing foster homes work hard to start these dogs on the right path, but they are rescues, not finished products. These dogs need time, consistency, and a loving home willing to meet them where they are.

Also, breed designations are our best guesses based on appearance and behavior. We can't guarantee breed, size, adult weight, or coat type.

Caliper has only been in foster care for a few days, and she's already got her favorite person completely wrapped around her paw. She's sweet, curious, and has a very quiet, gentle manner about her. She's going to follow you from room to room, check in on what you're doing, decide you're pretty great, and just... stay. She's a velcro dog and has absolutely no apologies about it. And why should she? Caliper has also, for the record, not had a single indoor accident. Not one. She goes outside in her designated spot every time! She just needs her person standing nearby while she does it, which, when you think about it, is a completely reasonable request, and we respect it. She's still building confidence around loud noises and new situations, and slow introductions to other dogs will set her up for success, but the progress she's already made in just a few days is remarkable. She tolerates baths, ear cleaning, and paw handling like a champ. Caliper would thrive with a patient, loving family who's happy to be her safe place as she continues to come out of her shell. She's not the loudest dog in the room, but she is the one you can't stop thinking about after you've met her! -----

Meet Haneul   1 year old | Spayed Female | Bichon Frise | 3.9 kg   Sometimes all a dog needs is one person who won’t give up.   Haneul was purchased from a pet shop as a two-month-old puppy by an elderly owner in his 70s. As she grew into an energetic puppy, caring for her became too difficult. She was then passed from one acquaintance to another, changing homes about four times before finally being surrendered to a private shelter. The shelter later reached out to us for help finding her forever home.   Despite all the instability in her young life, Haneul has remained a sweet, affectionate little girl who is still searching for the family she can truly call her own.   Personality with People   Haneul is an affectionate cuddle bug who loves being close to her people. At home, she’ll happily ask to be picked up and can spend hours curled up comfortably on your lap.   Outdoors, however, she can be a little more reserved. In unfamiliar environments, she may hesitate around strangers at first, but once she feels comfortable, her affectionate personality quickly shines through.   She is friendly with men. She has done well meeting children. She enjoys belly rubs from people she trusts. She can be comfortably picked up and loves being held.   With Other Dogs   Haneul is a typical young Bichon with a playful spirit.   She tends to avoid dogs that are much larger than she is, but happily plays with dogs of similar size, smaller dogs, and even large puppies.   Once she gets excited, it’s zoomie time! She becomes so focused on having fun that she barely notices what’s happening around her—even if other dogs are barking. At just one year old, she’s still delightfully carefree and hasn’t quite learned all the social rules yet, which only adds to her charm.   With Cats   Haneul has not been tested with cats, but a cat assessment can be arranged upon request.   Energy Level   Like many young Bichons, Haneul enjoys several energetic zoomie sessions throughout the day.   Once she’s burned off her energy, she’s happy to play with toys, spend time with other dogs, or simply cuddle with her people. Overall, she has a moderate energy level with playful bursts of puppy excitement.   Walking   Haneul loves exploring the world through her nose and enjoys taking time to sniff during walks.   She walks nicely on leash without pulling and naturally stays close to her handler.   Additional Information   She does not guard food from people or other dogs.   While no separation anxiety has been observed, Haneul does not enjoy being alone and would do best with a family where someone is home most of the day or where she has regular companionship.   She may bark when first settling into a crate, but usually relaxes once she feels secure. Soul destroying to think of what she has been through & yet she still loves human beings even after everything she has seen, heard & her previous life. How Coco ended up in a slaughterhouse for human consumption & yes you did read that correctly, we will never know? What we do know is, she was pulled out of there by our outstanding Chinese rescuer just in time. Working with one of our truly devoted, dedicated & absolutely outstanding Chinese rescuers she rescued Coco & many others for us. Without this beloved rescuer going in & getting Coco out, her fate was a torturous death. We believe every sweet soul such as Coco & her friends deserves to be loved & cherished & given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Coco is looking for a special family to cherish her & be patient with her & remember what this beautiful soul has been through & a family that meets all her needs. She is a really smart girl too because on the day of arrival in her foster home she taught herself to run up hardwood stairs & follow her foster mum. When she finds people who love her they become his world. She is such a soft gentle soul her foster mum said with a very sweet personality. She loves to run & play with her foster siblings & must go to a home with another dog who will play with her. She loves a good outfit & will get ready for you to put one on her. Coco eats a clean diet, meaning raw fruits, raw vegetables, 70 % raw proteins, grains, fats & supplements. She also enjoys collagen sticks & bully sticks. All of her treats are homemade Coco has been taught to walk on harness & leash & has been doing wonderful. She would need continued work walking on her harness & leash. Coco is a rescue & will need patience, time & understanding. Coco adores being pampered & doesn’t want you to stop when brushing him, cleaning his eyes, grooming her, baths, the hairdryer she loves it all. She also does extremely well being touched in general & adores receiving love. Having toys & a warm bed is all new to Coco & we have been excited to change her world with the introduction of toys & lots of love & affection & a loving environment. So far she has not started showing interest in toys in her foster home. Coco has learnt to ride in the car & does well in the car & enjoys a good car ride. She is such an amazing, loving little lady. With Coco we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lad only. Please do not apply with the intent to crate this girl. We are also looking for a forever home for Coco where someone is home during the day or Coco can go with her people wherever possibly she can go with them. Did we mention this girl loves a good outfit too. Coco is looking for a forever home who will cherish her & love her as she should be loved & be very patient with her & understanding. Coco has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & she is currently with other dogs & enjoys their company. She can be found at times snuggled up to her foster siblings & will want to sleep in bed with you & she does in her current loving foster home. She must go to a forever home with other playful dogs in the home. She will jump at the side of the bed to be picked up so she can get in. A fully fenced backyard is mandatory for Coco’s new forever home if it’s a free standing home. Coco is now roughly 15 lbs & 3 years old. She is spayed & possibly a bichon frise & what she is mixed with we are not sure? She is microchipped, up to date on her shots including DHLPP, rabies & dewormed. Once these shots expire we will not redo them except rabies as we will not over vaccinate our beloved dogs. We have spent over $2000 on Coco with bringing her to the US with her travel airfare paying for her medical care, including, shots, spay microchip etc, than her adoption fee comes close to covering. Coco has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have not had Coco with small children so we do not recommend children, but it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. We were not there when Coco was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. As with all of our rescues & Coco’s friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Coco potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Coco & going through our process and have read her listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit using Zoom followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Bentley! Bentley is a 4-year-old, 10 LB Terrier/Lhasa Apso mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter in CA. This little guy is sweet, cuddly, and loving with his people once he feels safe — but he does take time to open up and trust. Because of this, Bentley is looking for a very special home that can give him patience, structure, and stability. Bentley will need an adult-only household in a calmer, quieter environment. A bustling, busy home or small children would be too overwhelming for him. He enjoys going on walks and would love a quieter neighborhood where he can explore without too much stress. Once he has bonded with his person, he becomes incredibly loyal, affectionate, and loves to curl up for snuggles. Bentley does well with other dogs, but tends to prefer smaller dogs to larger ones. He can be shy and may fear nip when he’s uncomfortable, so he will need an experienced, dog-savvy adopter who understands shy or fearful pups and can give him the space and time he needs to decompress. Underneath his initial shyness, Bentley is playful, goofy, and full of love. With the right home — one that is calm, predictable, and patient — Bentley will blossom into a fun and affectionate little companion who bonds deeply to his person.
