Story
Lala is short for Delilah, she’s 4 years old. She enjoys 1 on 1 time and being part of every activity as a companion and protector. As a caretaker, i wish i had more time for outings with her and a bigger home. She has a sizeable backyard and likes walks, meeting other dogs along the way, sniffing out a trail or scent. To keep her awareness we work on commands with treats and a lot of consistency, she plays with different toys as well as window watching. Lala came to me by way of a house mate, who moved out. I’m hoping to match her with an experienced and/or patient person - she responds best to positive reinforcement, clear direction and will work for treats. She appreciates a caring response and believes she is part of the group when comfortable. She’s in a household with one young child and a baby that visits, but thinks she’s still the baby..Please know she does not have a lot of experience with babies/ toddlers/ kids. She interacts with mid size kids/ elementary- middle and up.

Story
Lilo is a 2yo gentle giant with a kind heart who needs someone with large dog experience and time to help her with training. She's had a ruff start to life. She was tied to the side of the road in Philly and saved by the rescue called ACCT. After 90 days there, the euthanasia vet called the no-kill Animal Adoption Center and asked if they had room for Lilo. Lilo spent 4 months there with no one showing interest. She went to foster in April and now it's time for her to find a furever home. She'd do better with older or no kids. She loves walks but gets spooked with loud cars and trucks. She is house trained. food motivated. loves car rides and belly rubs and snuggles.

Joanna is just the sweetest puppy. She came to us from a rescue down in Kentucky after the Kentucky floods. The Kentucky shelters then transported dogs to the northern states. This baby will melt your heart. She is already spayed, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea, tick and heartworm preventative. Campbell (M) is a happy 57lb 6-year-old black mouth cur mix who has the best smile and gets along great with everyone he meets, including cats. He is a goofy, fun boy who is super affectionate and loves to snuggle! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He is currently being fostered in Mt. Holly, NJ.

Meet Tommie: Tommie is about a 4 year old (as of November 2024) Black Mouth Cur mix (best guess) that weighs about 45 pounds. Tommie was found on the side of the highway picking at a chicken bone. The rescuer (now her foster) pulled over, shook a bag of beggin strips and right in the car she went!  Tommie is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Tommie is a very sweet and loyal dog. She doesn’t bark and does so well with other dogs and kids! Tommie is not housebroken but she does well in her crate so we don’t think it would take long for her to figure out the process. We would love for Tommie to have a home with a fenced in yard for her to run and play freely. Tommie is up to date on her shots and spayed.
