Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Arya is a sweet girl who wants to find a hooman/family who will be patient with her and help her come out of her shell.  Once she warms up, she loves butt scratches and being petted. She is unsure of new people and needs time. She is very treat motivated and that does help!     Arya will need a home with a yard. She is getting better at going outside, but does not like noise or if it is too 'peopley' as we call it. She especially likes going out at night when it is quiet and loves to do zoomies. She is really fast!  She loves soft squeaky toys, chewing on bones, and is crate trained. Arya is eating K/D prescription food. She does not have kidney issues, but her vet is recommending it due to the low sodium. She also is on an eyedrop medication every twelve hours. She had been drinking excessive amounts of water, and after bloodwork and other tests, her vet started a trial of this in March. Arya showed a good response to the medication and will remain on it. Arya's favorite place to sleep is in a bed under my desk. I believe she feels safe there. She does well with other dogs of all sizes, but can be dog selective and does not like to be disturbed when sleeping. Graduated from camp on Nov 1st: Pet Rescue By Judy has teamed up with an incredible program called the Greyhound Advancement Center which will allow some of our dogs to attend a ten-week prison training program. The program originally started to help retired racing greyhounds learn how to “dog”. Greyhound racing is now illegal in our state, but the program worked so well that they decided to open up to other rescues and accept different breeds. Each dog is teamed up with an inmate who is in their dog training program. This program allows inmates to gain an important skill that they can bring with them when they are released. The head trainers are the best of the best and we are sure that these dogs are going to come out of this program with all kinds of tricks up their little doggy sleeves.  Our dogs are so blessed to be able to learn important obedience training to help with their confidence and make them awesome additions to a family. We cannot thank Greyhound Advancement Center enough for giving these dogs a leg up on getting into their forever home!  ****************************************** Arya was surrendered to PRBJ when her family had to move but were not able to take her. She is a sweet cuddle bug that would enjoy living in home with or without kids. She does great with kids of all ages and is great with dogs and cats too! Arya is housebroken, crate trained, and she enjoys sleeping with her family or in her crate with the door open:) As she is a bit timid, a fenced backyard is required to give her a safe place to romp and play in. New owners are encouraged to hang out with her while in the yard and leash walk her to better socialize and acclimate her to new surroundings.    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 2, 2025, 1:45 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hey, How's it going? My name is Mopar and I enjoy Yappy Hours!6-17-2025 Mopar donationed his his blood today to safe 3 dying pups. Mopar pups   Obviously, as you can see I am quite handsome.   But I am also strong and have a great build just like the car I am named after. But I am not all brawn, I am also very smart and sweet. I know tons of commands that my friends at the training camp taught me.  I need someone that will take the time to continue working with me on the many commands I know. I love long walks, so if you jog or hike we will definitely get along. I also like relaxing and getting belly rubs and snuggles. Because I am strong, I will need someone that is able to handle me with walks because if I see a bicycle I get a little upset and need to have someone help me redirect so we can enjoy our outing.   The trainer that I worked with recommends that I go to a home with just one owner because I can get protective of the home and do not want anyone invading the space I feel I need to protect. Story
Cali is 10yrs old, she is so affectionate, playful and truly enjoys just being around people especially kids. She loves dogs too especially the smaller ones! Her personality is 1 of a kind, extremely smart, house trained and a sweet affectionate big baby. She takes meds for her thyroid, 1 pill in the am, 1 at night. Her med is fairly cheap and lasts about 2-2 1/2 months all done online through VetSource. I’ve had cali since she was 10months old but due to many unexpected life circumstances and personal things I’ve had to resort to this option. I’ve been fighting this for a long time but things are difficult and I need to do what’s best for us both. I would really love for her to be with a family especially kids but it’s not necessary. She just really loves being around people I can’t emphasize that enough. This is so tough. It would help so much that she is adopted by other(s) that will love her, take care of her and give her a happy and safe home. She’s really truly is an amazing dog.

Story
We adopted our moose from the local humane society last March. (She didn’t respond to her name, and she howls like a moose!) She has been a great addition to our family and we are honestly very sad to be in this position. She recently attacked our outdoor rabbits which has lead to some devastation for our children. We have never seen aggressive behavior from her since we’ve owned her. Unfortunately given these events and the fact that we have another family member moving in, we are looking to re-home her with someone who can give her the time and space she needs. She loves camping with us and hiking. She is a large dog, and loves to run! She has never show any aggression towards other dogs or towards our children. She’s never shown interest in our rabbits since this. She truly is an amazing, loving and sweet dog. She has a large crate, she is due for vaccinations this summer, and no other health conditions!

Story
We need help. Found Dee on the side of road 4 yrs ago. Shes at grandpas, hes not able to care for her. I am desperate for help. She needs a home where she can have a life, people with her, walks, and activity. I walk her, but she needs more! She loves to snuggle, play, run, explore. Shes cautious around dogs since it’s been a while since she’s been around dogs. A meet&greet is ofcourse required. Dont know her history. I don’t think she understands what cats are, she tries to chase them. I think she would prefer human kids. We got her spayed. Sweet girl is terrified of storms, we give calm treats. I looked for family everywhere, I think they abandoned her. I will always love and help her with anything, feel free to reach out to me if you ever needed help with her. Looking for unconditional/endless love for her, a furever loving home/family, as she and all animals deserve that. This website is impossible to use. Won’t let me type more tha
