Story
Misha-Lynn is a very sweet and docile girl. She mostly responds to her nickname, mish-mish. She doesn’t bite (only warning bites when overstimulated or bothered naturally). She’s very adventurous and has a lot of spunk. She loves climbing high places and is very vocal. She doesn’t like being picked up unless you build trust with her, but she is very affectionate and will give cute headbumps against your leg and hand. She will be two this year on August 16th and I acquired her from an old friend who happened to be fostering her. I unfortunately am not able to take care of her anymore because of financial hardship and I want her to have a home where she’s able to climb high places and such. She’s been with her sister these past two years so she definitely gets along with female cats.

Story
The name Wawa comes from Chinese because it likes to dig cat food. It has lived in our house for a year. It is usually very quiet, doesn't eat much, likes chicken, likes to roll over, and likes to sit quietly next to you.

Story
Meet Black Panther! He's a super-handsome, sleek house panther who loves a windowsill and has plenty of energy for playtime. He and his sister, Quake (listed separately) are from a large litter found on the street last summer, later named the Superhero kittens! They may have started out in a home and were dumped because it their owners couldn't handle so many cats; the woman who asked us to help was giving them tons of love. Black Panther is  incredibly sweet, chill, playful and eager to be petted - he'll even give you a little headbutt when he wants affection. But he's still shy and needs a patient adopter who'll let him slowly settle in. His foster parents say they can sense he wants to be more cuddly(!) and that, once he finds a calm furrever home to relax in, he will really start to blossom! As you can see from the photos, BP has a particular affinity for plants and enjoys hiding out behind the leaves, hanging out near them, and even chewing on them (non-toxic plants are especially crucial with this boy!). BP must be adopted into a home with another active, confident cat who can be a playmate and help bring him out of his shell! Black Panther is about 10 months old and healthy. He is neutered, microchipped, tested FIV-/FeLV- and up to date on all vaccinations. If you're interested in meeting Black Panther, fill out our application here:  https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/ . Make sure you click on Black Panther and identify CLAIRE as the RESCUER when you fill out the form! Thank you for considering a rescued angel! Every dime goes to save another homeless kitty on the street. April 30, 2025, 2:13 pm

Story
Say meow to Pyat, a stunning g 6.5-month old, 4.5-pound (as of 2/4) pure-black female Bombay kitten, who adores humans young and old, big and small, short and tall. When Pyat isn’t busy playing with her millions of toys, she is affectionate, cuddly, and lovvvves to be pet. She is super engaging and everyone who meets her is immediately taken by her charm. Not at all shy, Pyat is curious of her surroundings and likes to explore. Pyat is litter-box trained, keeps her sleek coat clean and shiny, and has a very good appetite. If you offer her a treat, she will gladly accept it. Pyat is a very people-oriented cat who prefers to be where the action is. If you’re looking for a beautiful companion kitty, Pyat will be purrrrfrct for you! Meet Bella and Benny - bonded baby beauties - ULTIMATE LOVERS!! Sometimes kittens are our favs... sometimes cats that are slightly older (or sometimes A LOT older) are even better! The following are epically sweet and extra special and to us just as fantastic as any kitten! Let's talk about all of them individually: Mr. Stickles - 4m licorice baby LOVER BOY - super doll super sweet super snugglebug happy happy boy - what else is there to say? great with everyone big small fuzzy or human lol - he's just a doll and handsome too Mystic - 11-13m licorice lovebug - this exotic lovely beauty seems so regal and beautiful but that is nothing compared to her gentle heart. great snuggler and so soft and snuggly - cat dog who we believe could be a great therapy cat for the right family too! Coco - 3 yr old exotic PUREBRED Bengal - we like to think of her as an ultimate WOW cat as she is spectacular in every way. Lap lovin' girl and playful fun - fine with other pets too. Can be an escape artist but FORBIDDEN TO GO OUTDOORS - so a catio is the only option for her - so homes with small kids that might leave doors open will not be consider. Benny and Bella - this bonded pair of Bombay Tuxedo 6 and 12 m beauties are the SWEETET OF THE SWEET - dumped after owner only wanted to keep as tiny kittens that got too "old" (ridiculous i know), these gorgeous purrfect lovers are all soooo sweet charming and absolutely stunning - lived with dogs cats kids and nothing phases these beauties who are just love and cuddles - darn cool!
