Story
Wilson is a cutie and so smart. And he makes the most fun noises as if he is trying to talk! He is 100% housebroken and is perfect when left alone in the house when his family goes away. In the evenings he can turn into a great couch potato on the sofa while his people watch TV or read. Wilson sleeps on the sofa or on his human's bed, which he shares well with another dog, and he sleeps well without disturbing anyone. Wilson's foster parents are retired so he is used to being loose all day and in and out of the house. Wilson weighs 55 pounds. Location: Foster home The adoption fee for adult dogs, seven months and older, is $250. All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting Wilson, please call the shelter to make an appointment to meet him.helpingstrays.org

Mr Handsome!Introducing AndersonFRIENDLY with dogs, people and cats. Anderson rides well in the car and is great in his crate.  He's food motivated and likes to play fetch.  This handsome boy will entertain himself with toys.  Anderson LOVES to play in the water!!!!!Anderson's perfect home is with an active family, as he loves to swim and go on walks and hikes in addition to playing in the yard.  Since he has proven himself to be a fence jumper, he needs a physical fence greater than 4 feet.  Anderson will need careful supervision in the yard to prevent any impulsive ideas about a leap.  Dog sports are not his thing for medical reasons, but if you are looking for a great companion who loves to snuggle and just hang with you, check him out!      Anderson was found as a stray in Southern Indiana and is now being fostered in Westville, IN  He is 1 year old and 34 pounds but should be closer to 40. Please contact jsmbmiller@comcast.net if you have any questions about Anderson.  You can complete an application to adopt Anderson or any of the dogs on our website at  www.comebyebcrescue.org  .    ***  The potential adoptor will get a refund on the Application Fee if it’s determined by the Foster Parent that it’s not a good match for the dog and the dog for them, if we do not process their application.
