While she finds herself looking for a new home because her previous owner could no longer care for her, she’s ready to bring her zen energy to a new family—and she’s already a gold-star passenger in the car! The Nose Knows: She has an incredible sense of smell. She loves a good "sniffari" outdoors, though she does occasionally use those powers for evil in the kitchen. Oreo Cake is a resilient and quiet companion who remained perfectly calm even through loud thunderstorms and neighborhood commotion. He’s also a brilliant little "shadow" who loves to supervise household projects—he even recently "helped" fix a dishwasher! With his incredibly soft, shiny fur and his cute "frog butt" waddle, he’s as charming to look at as he is to be around. Beyond his winning personality, Oreo Cake is a dream on the move. He is a fantastic leash walker with a signature, zigzagging trot that is pure entertainment, and he boasts impressive recall both in the yard and on a long line. Though he’s currently recovering from a minor leg injury that slows him down just a touch, he still has plenty of "get up and go" and would make a wonderful future partner for hiking, light running, or even agility once he’s fully healed. Phillip is a 1 year old pure bred border collie. He is a friendly, lovable, trainable dog. Biggest struggle he has is destruction when left alone for too long and bored. His owner is going through a medical crisis, moving across the country for treatment, needs to rehome the dog. Owner says this is one of the hardest decisions of his life but Phillip deserves more than the owner can currently provide.
