Story
Looking for a loyal best friend who’s equal parts adventure buddy and cuddle champion? Nash to the rescue!  At about 1–1½ years old, Nash is that wonderful age where the wild puppy stage is behind him, but he still has plenty of fun, playful energy for life’s adventures. This handsome boy is smart, affectionate, and incredibly easy to love. Nash came into rescue after being found dumped north of town, but you’d never know it from his sunny spirit. Despite whatever his past may have been, he greets the world with a wagging tail and a heart ready to bond with his people. In just a couple of weeks in foster care, Nash has shown what an exceptional companion he is: House trained (does great with regular potty breaks) Walks nicely on leash Kennel trained and settles well‍‍ Wonderful with kids Great with other dogs Nash truly offers the best of both worlds. He loves romping and playing with his dog buddies, but when playtime is over, he’s more than happy to snuggle up close and soak up affection. He’s the kind of dog who forms strong bonds with his people and simply wants to be part of the family. He’s also very smart and eager to please, which means he’ll continue to thrive as he learns routines and settles into his forever home. The lucky family who adopts Nash is going to wonder how they ever lived without him. If you would like to adopt, please apply at:If you would like to adopt please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/ The adoption fee of $350 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.  ##2684475##

Story
Chelsea is 2.5yo powerhouse of energy and affection. She’s crate trained and settles well but she would love a lifestyle of activity and exercise. She’d probably be happiest with 2, 20-30 min walks or just an hour of fetch. She gets so excited for walks she tends to pull and we’re still working on our off leash, recall! She knows “sit, stay, leave it, excuse me, back up, down, up, let’s walk” and “turn around.” She’s looking for an owner that will keep her active and let her snuggle up on the bed. She loves kids and I think she’d do great with a family. **She also has a year package at zoom room in Littleton which includes 50 classes, multiple private lessons and open play sessions**

Story
I got my baby boy from a breeder near Colorado Springs. He is now 8 years and 7 months. He needs to be re-homed because he is not adjusting well to our now one year old. He never bit her. But he was showing teeth and getting more aggravated. It was clear that our baby was at risk of getting harmed and also since the baby my dog just hasn’t been happy. He’s stressed out and depressed (only when at my house). He deserves a child free and dog free home where he can thrive and love life again. And you have to have a backyard. He’s still high energy. Obi has a zest for life. When he’s outside he is full of so much joy it lights anyone up. He loves to play fetch and keep away. He LOVES people. He warms up fast and loves hanging out with visitors. He’s smart. He’s playful. He’s loving. He’s just the best dog anyone could ask for. Obi will fill your home with energy, excitement, snuggles, and love. I want the rest of his life to be a happy one. He deserves it! And his new owner too.

Story
If your idea of a perfect day involves a trail, a pack, and a dog who's just as happy splashing through a stream as she is quietly soaking in the view — meet Lily. There's a spot in the backyard where Lily likes to sit. She'll settle in quietly, ears perked, eyes locked on the tree line — waiting. The squirrels don't know it yet, but they have a very dedicated, very patient observer. This is Lily in her element: still, focused, and completely content. A Little About Lily Lily is a calm, intelligent one-year-old with a beautiful black and white coat and the kind of deep, thoughtful eyes that make you feel like she really gets you. She carries the focused, purposeful nature of her shepherd heritage — she notices everything, misses nothing, and approaches the world with quiet confidence. She's affectionate in the best possible way: no bowling you over, no frantic jumping — just a perpetually wagging tail (we're talking vigorous) and the sweetest little kisses when she decides you've earned them. Spoiler: you always earn them. Lily's Highlights Crate trained — settles in easily and feels secure in her space Fully potty trained — no accidents, no fuss Good with other dogs — peaceful and easygoing around other canines; she's more of a "live and let live" neighbor than a rough-and-tumble playmate.  She was very patient around plenty of puppies at an adoption brewery event. Walks beautifully on leash — no pulling, no lunging, no reactivity, just a pleasant stroll Loves to be outside — Lily truly comes alive outdoors. She recently joined a Hiking for Hounds meet-up and crushed a 5-mile hike like a seasoned pro — charming every dog and human she met along the way. She stayed calm amid kids, runners, cyclists, and fellow hikers, taking it all in stride. And if there's a stream or pond along the route? She's already in it. Quiet — she is not a barker; your neighbors will adore her Trustworthy in the home — calm and non-destructive, she can be left to roam the house freely without a worry- she doesn't go on furniture  The Squirrel Situation Lily's greatest joy — truly, her passion — is sitting in a yard and watching squirrels. Not chasing them. Not barking at them. Just... watching. With the laser focus of a seasoned wildlife photographer. It's meditative, really. If you have a fenced yard or a sunny window and a resident squirrel population, Lily will consider herself the luckiest dog alive. Her Perfect Home Lily would do best with: An adopter who loves the outdoors - while Lily isn't super energetic, she'd enjoy hiking or just hanging out fishing or camping A home with a fenced yard or a sunny window (squirrels optional but strongly preferred) If it's a home with other dogs, dogs aren't expecting a high-energy playmate Lily is exactly who she appears to be: gentle, highly intelligent, focused, and deeply loving. She's ready to spend the rest of her life right by your side — tail going a mile a minute, watching over the yard like the quiet, wonderful soul she is. ##2682586##

Story
Peach: The Sweetest Little Oompa Loompa You’ll Ever Meet We’re guessing Peach is around 8–10 years old. She was living at a sheepherderders ranch when he suddenly died leaving 19 dogs homeless. Peach was one of the last ones to be rescued. This sweet, squishy senior might have spent her whole life outside but she has adapted beautifully to indoor living. She'll take a sofa and TV over the cold ground any day! Since coming into her temporary foster, Peach has discovered the absolute joy of living indoors… soft beds, cozy blankets, brushing sessions, and someone to cuddle with. She is soaking it all in like she’s been waiting her whole life for this chapter. She’s completely vetted, house trained, and was trustworthy in the home from day one — no kennel needed. She just wants to be near her people. She adores being brushed, melts into you for cuddles, and gives the sweetest little kisses. And yes… she kind of looks like an Oompa Loompa.   She does well with other dogs and politely barks at the cat (we all have our hobbies). On leash she’s still figuring things out — we’re keeping expectations humble and progress steady. Walks really aren't her jam so if you have a soft place for her to lounge she will be perfectly content! What Peach truly wants? A soft place to land. A couch. A human. Some TV time. A hand to hold. After a lifetime outside, she deserves to spend her golden years safe, adored, and spoiled rotten. If you’ve ever thought about giving a senior dog a home… Peach is ready to give you her whole heart. Peach is in a temp forster and we are looking for a foster or foster to adopt for her. If you would like to adopt/foster please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $75 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2674223##

Story
At 6.5 years old, Zeke is the perfect blend of maturity and energy—past the puppy chaos, but still ready to be your adventure buddy whenever you are. This handsome Blue Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog) is looking for a new home through no fault of his own—his mom is moving and heartbreakingly can’t take him along. If you know Heelers, you know they are something special—and Zeke is no exception. About Zeke:Zeke embodies everything people love about his breed:• Loyal to the core – He bonds deeply with his person and will be your constant shadow and biggest fan• Incredibly intelligent – Quick learner, problem-solver, and always tuned in to what’s going on around him• Energetic & active – Thrives with walks, playtime, and having a “job” to do• Alert & aware – Naturally watchful, making him a great little watchdog• Affectionate (in his own way!) – Heelers aren’t always over-the-top cuddly, but their love runs deep and steady Zeke is at that sweet spot in life where he knows the ropes but still has plenty of zest. He would do best in a home that understands the working-dog mindset—someone who appreciates his intelligence, gives him structure, and includes him in daily life. Why he needs a new home:Zeke’s mom loves him dearly, but a move means she can’t take him with her. Now he needs someone new to step in and be his person. Ideal home:Zeke would thrive with an active individual or family who can give him:• Regular exercise and mental stimulation• Consistency and leadership• A sense of purpose (even if it’s just being your loyal sidekick) If you’re looking for a smart, devoted companion who will truly be yours, Zeke is ready to give his whole heart again. If you are interested, please complete an application at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  His adoption fee is $250 and covers his neuter, microchip and vaccinations. ##2666916##

Story
Dottie is officially turning one year old this month, and her biggest birthday wish is a patient heart and a playful pup in her forever home. At around 30 lbs, Dottie is the perfect "medium" size for adventures big and small. She is a sensitive soul who finds the big, loud world a little overwhelming at times, but her true personality shines brightest when she’s around other dogs and someone she trusts. Dottie requires a home with an established, confident, and playful dog sibling. She has a lot of puppy energy and loves to roughhouse; having a canine mentor will help her find her courage and gives her something to watch and follow. She still needs to learn how to be a confident girl! She is fully potty trained and goes in her kennel when told. She sleeps in her kennel and stays in there when we are gone. She does well on walks and is learning to be great on a leash. Shs has been trusted off leash before with a dependable, confident dog she trusts to follow. She is highly food motivated, which is the fastest way to win her trust and to teach her expectations. She’ll take treats gently from most people but enjoys being pet/ scratched only once she knows you’re safe. Dottie would be best in a "low-pressure" home. She needs a family that understands she won't be a lap-dog on day one or even day one hundred. She needs plenty of time to decompress and an understanding environment where she can learn alongside her dog sibling that new things aren't so scary.. If you would like to adopt/foster please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $250 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2518010##
