Adoption fee: $650 Zebra Born in the rescue on May 18, 2026, this adorable 9 week old puppy is the lucky offspring of our wonderful Mama Clover! Clover is a 30-pound mixed breed with a fabulous personality—friendly, outgoing, affectionate, and the kind of dog who wins everyone over within minutes. Zebra has clearly inherited her wonderful temperament. Dad remains a mystery, but based on his size, we expect him to grow into a medium-sized dog. Zebra comes from one of the sweetest, friendliest litters we have ever had in the rescue, and he's no exception. He is mellow, quiet, playful, curious, and incredibly people-oriented. He comes running when called, expecting either food or affection, and watching him trot over with his happy little face is guaranteed to make your day. And when it comes to greetings, no one does it better. Zebra is always thrilled to see you, celebrating hard by jumping for your attention and climbing all over you the moment you arrive. If a second person enters the room, he celebrates just as hard the second time! His enthusiasm for people is simply contagious. For a puppy, he is remarkably well behaved. He sleeps quietly through the night in his x-pen, settles nicely during the day, and spends his waking hours playing, exploring, and soaking up attention. Raised alongside his siblings Puffin, Panda, and Orca (all now in their forever homes), Zebra was famous for his marathon wrestling sessions and epic games of tug-of-war — a soft toy and a willing partner are all he needs for a great time. And of course, he loves cuddles. Daily Routine Zebra's days follow a wonderful routine that has helped him become such a confident, happy little pup. He wakes around 7:00 a.m. for breakfast and a potty break, enjoys some playtime before settling in for a nap, spends the afternoon alternating between meals, outdoor play, and more naps, and finishes the day with dinner, one last potty break, and a peaceful night's sleep. He's an excellent eater, and he's already learned that people are the source of both delicious meals and lots of love. The Bottom Line Zebra has been raised with love from the very beginning, and it shows. He is affectionate, social, easygoing, and wonderfully well adjusted for his age. While he will continue learning and growing in his new home, he's already built an incredible foundation that will help him thrive. If you're looking for a happy, friendly, medium-sized companion to grow up with your family, this joyful boy is ready to celebrate you every single day.
