Story
Nathan is active and playful who loves to chew on toys and will do his best to destroy them. He is a energetic, but very affectionate as well. He's house trained and crate trained as well. With a little bit of time and training he'll be great. He knows a few basic commands, but some basic behavior training will do him good. An active, experienced adopter is preferred as he would greatly benefit from someone who can keep up with him.

Story
Meet Oliver! Oliver is about 1 years old and weighs about 28 lbs. Our best guess for Oliver's breed mix is Boston Terrier/Pitbull (just a guess). Oliver enjoys daily walks and play time in the backyard. Oliver is a happy boy who enjoys doggie toys and gets the evening zoomies. Oliver is good with other dogs and will need another playful dog in his forever home. Oliver is NOT good with cats. Oliver is not in a foster home with children, but we feel he would do well with children 5 years and up. Oliver is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped. ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from Canine and Kitties Rescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $375.00, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal. **Please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**

Story
Hi - My name is Prada and I am a new member of the AARF family. I am a Boston Terrier mix, but because I am brand new to these parts, there's not much more known about me or my personality just yet. If you check back a little later, I'm sure my foster parents will have a lot more information to post about me. If you have any questions, though, feel free to send an email to info@animalalliesrescue.org. or if you just think it's love at first sight, please fill out an adoption application at this site - http://www.animalalliesrescue.org and choose me - Prada! My adoption fee is $350. AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare dogs like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we've already been spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and microchipped. We've been checked by a veterinarian, and we're up to date on age appropriate immunizations against rabies and DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus). We've been tested for heartworm and other tick borne diseases (4DX), and we've started our heartworm and flea preventive medications. Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!

Story
Chomp is a 2 year old Boston Terrier. He is a sweet pup who likes to cuddle. He does have some behavioral problems, which is the reason for rehoming. Although he does well with his people, he has major anxiety when it comes to strangers. He does have a bite history due to this. I would recommend a home with no other pets or small children. Happy to answer questions regarding his history.

Story
Bandit, came to us along with Buddy and Hershey because their owner had stage 4 lung cancer and could no longer care for them. She's super scared and sweet and you just want to help her. The man kept these dogs in crates for seven years. Everything is over stimulation for her. Overall she’s doing very well considering her entire world has been erased and there's so much around new to get used to. She is very very sweet. I believe she’s half bull dog—she has the bull dog snort. She weighs 38 lbs. She lived with other dogs in her life ---both males and females and she lived another male and a cat in her foster home. At first she wasn’t overly friendly with the dogs here but has adjusted after a slow introduction. Bandit is spayed, up to date with vaccinations, and microchipped. She is also housetrained. She is also missing one eye, which causes her no problem. If interested in Bandit contact applications@boxertransfer.org

Female, 7 years, 25 lbs Personality: quiet, goofy/funny, eager-to-please, snuggler, affectionate, and gentle. "Who is this cutie in this picture you ask, why it is me - Misty! I am a sweet pug who is happy to share all the love! Despite my cuteness, I am no diva. I have been told that I am the perfect companion to help you get out and walk a few times a day to keep up your step count. If you are working from home, I am happy to participate quietly in your work calls by just curling up at your feet. I am a respectable lady who will stay off your furniture, but if you are looking for some big-time snuggling, I would love to be your personal lapdog. Bonus points: I do great with the cats in my foster home and I'm house trained and crate trained too! Could you be the one for me?
