Zeus is a10 year-old Brindle Boston mix, 33 pounds of muscle, with a gentle mouth; he's a very loving guy who loves to play with dogs his size. He's a bit energetic for smaller dogs, but played with our 10# puppy every day. Zeus would love to have a 6 foot fenced yard with room to run and play; he used to jump our 4 foot fence. Someone brought her to the shelter dehydrated starved and pregnant where she couldn’t even stand . Unfortunately she lost all her babies and an emergency spay was performed so she could begin to heal. She was just so sick. Slowly she started to recover , gain weight and now she is an active loving girl that gets along with dogs and all people. She may have Frenchie , maybe Boston maybe some bulldog. How can anyone resist this face?! Meet Miss Tilly! Tilly came in with a horrible skin infection. She has been undergoing treatment for it and has shown a huge improvement. With weekly medicated baths she will improve even more. She is also on a sensitive diet because we don’t know what caused this allergic reaction. None of this has dampened this beautiful girls spirit. She is full of happiness and love. Tilly’s favorite thing ever has to be a tennis ball but she also enjoys a good squeaky toy. She appears dog friendly and would be good for kids of all ages but they should be respectful of the fact that she is an older girl. This beautiful girl will bring so much joy to any home. This tiny Boston Terrier/Shih Tzu mix may only weigh a few pounds, but her personality is absolutely huge. She’s a happy, affectionate little shadow who loves every person and dog she meets and believes attention should be available to her at all times. Friendly, confident, and endlessly loving, Kaya hands out kisses freely and makes fast friends wherever she goes. Kaya is playful and curious, spending her days bouncing between naps, toys, sticks, and playtime with humans or other dogs. One of her favorite activities is sitting in the toy basket and tossing toys out one by one. She’s also learning fetch and loves exploring the world on walks, even if she needs plenty of sniff breaks along the way. When she decides she’s done walking, she’ll dramatically plop onto the ground and refuse to move — luckily she’s easy to scoop up! She is dog-friendly, kid-friendly, and enjoys snuggling and playing with other pups of all sizes. Kaya sleeps through the night but still needs frequent potty breaks during the day and one overnight trip outside to help prevent accidents in her crate. She’s continuing to work on potty training and puppy manners. Kaya is not a fan of being crated while her people are nearby and will definitely do best with a family ready for all the love, attention, and puppy antics that come with a young Velcro pup. Kaya rides well in the car, loves toys and chew sticks, and is happiest when surrounded by her people or canine friends. If you’re looking for a sweet, silly, affectionate little companion who will keep you laughing and loved, Kaya may be your perfect match! She is up to date on her vaccines and will be altered. • Rescue Story: Meet Moana👋🏻 She was found wandering the streets of Paju, South Korea in 2022. She ended up at a high-kill shelter but was thankfully rescued just in time. Since then, she’s been living in a private shelter with many other dogs, charming everyone with her affectionate personality. Now, she’s ready to find a forever family of her own! • Personality: Affectionate, Friendly, Goofy Moana is truly one of a kind. She quickly won the hearts of volunteers with her gentle, loving nature. She follows people around like a little shadow, happily greeting everyone—even strangers—with tail wags and affection. Moana thrives on human interaction and loves tug-of-war, belly rubs, and being the center of attention. Her energy level is moderate, making her a great balance of playful and calm. • Affinity with - Dogs: Moana is incredibly social—not just with people, but with dogs, too. She’s often the first to welcome new arrivals at the shelter, helping them feel safe and at ease. While she would thrive as the only dog in the home, Moana also does best with calm dog companions. - Cats: Not tested with cats - Adults/Kids: Great with adults / She hasn’t been tested with cats or kids, but based on her gentle demeanor, we believe she’d do well with respectful children. • Walking Manners: Moana has also started practicing her leash skills and is doing great! She may pull a little at times, but overall, she walks well and is eager to please. • Housetrained: As she’s lived in a shelter, Moana will need some house-training in a home setting. • Bathing/Brushing: She’s tolerant of baths and grooming. • Car Sickness: She’s curious and alert during car rides, taking in the world around her. • Separation Anxiety: Zero. • Barks/Howls: Very quiet • Appetite/Food Allergies: Eats well. No food allergies found so far. • Shedding level (1~10): 5 • Likes/Dislikes: She loves affection & treats! • Health: Moana finished her heartworm treatment in Oct 2024 and is in great health. She underwent successful surgery for an inguinal hernia in Mar 2025 and has fully recovered. She has a clean bill of health and is ready for her new adventure!
