Introducing Lavender!
Meet Lavender, a 2.5-year-old, 25 pound Boston terrier bursting with energy! She's a playful soul, always up for a game with toys or other dogs. Lavender also has a curious side, enjoying exploring and sniffing around the house. But what truly sets her apart is her deep love for human company. She values her independence, but her spirited nature and adoration for companionship make her a charming addition to any household.
Lavender is a quick learner and a social butterfly. She adores everyone she meets and effortlessly gets along with other dogs. While she may be hesitant about city walks and loud noises, she's a backyard enthusiast! With the proper training, she'll be taking outside walks in no time. Lavender is a people-pleaser, always ready to bask in the glory of a well-done job. She loves giving kisses and making her humans proud.
Among her beloved pastimes are playing with her toys, exploring every nook and cranny, and engaging with other dogs.
If you seek a dog with a larger-than-life personality, one who greets you with unbridled joy every time you walk through the door, craves attention, and is self-reliant, she may be your ideal companion.
Lavender is currently being fostered in Staten Island, NY. His adoption fee is $600.
Lavender is a Patron Pup. Patron Pups have higher adoption fees due to varying reasons and are adopted quickly, even with these higher adoption fees. They may be purebred, a highly desirable breed, small in size fully grown, etc. These fees allow them to act as patrons to other pets in our care who may not be as adoptable, or have ongoing costs for medical care, contributing to a longer time in rescue, and therefore a higher cost for us to care for them. Patron Pups allow us to continue rescuing these other animals and give them a better chance at finding their forever homes as well.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
