Story
Meet Drew, a gentle 5-6 year-old white Boxer who was found as a stray in Imperial County. This resilient boy now safe in San Diego is looking for a continued safe haven to call his own. Despite whatever he has been through, Drew has an incredibly friendly disposition. He is a total sweetheart who just wants to please. Like most boxers he can be bossy with new dogs but has shown a very friendly demeanor. In true nature Drew likes to be around his people and will follow them from room to room! He’s currently getting use to a crate routine and is working on his leash manners. He arrived significantly underweight and needs a patient, loving home where he can safely gain some weight, enjoy nutritious meals, and finally learn what it feels like to be pampered.

Story
Meet Rocky this lovely Boxer/Pit Mix who was found in the desert emaciated beyond belief. His current Foster mommy has been Gr8 & all vaccines, bloodwork, and neutering has been done. He is gentle, loves his walks, loves to talk, house trained & a good eater. He is protective of his home & foster mommy & is super smart. Pulls a teeny bit on walks as he gets drawn towards other dogs. Preferred home would be with someone who knows the breed; he tends to get nervous when his personal space is invaded & tends to resource guard/protect his human. Story
Zeus is a dog that packs a punch in a good way, he’s energetic, playful and cuddly. Zeus was previously adopted from the humane society by my husband and I a few years ago. However, with a new baby welcomed into the family along with my husband being gone at the moment for work in the military, our home is no longer the best fit for Zeus. Zeus is a fur baby that requires lots of love and constant attention which I am no longer able to give him. Zeus has separation anxiety and needs someone who will be home with him more often than not. He loves to go to the dog park to play and is very friendly with other dogs but can be reactive on leash when on day to day walks. Zeus is a great dog with lots of love to give and whom is also very open to receiving love!

Story
professional cuddle aggressor, backyard goofball, and survivor of more heartbreak than any dog should ever know. Somewhere around 8 years old (according to science, vibes, and her occasional dramatic groans when she stands up), Chloe still wakes up every day convinced life is one big adventure. Chloe has spent far too much of her life being passed from home to home and abandoned in shelters, yet somehow she still chooses love every single time. She doesn’t just want to sit next to you, she would actually prefer to crawl directly inside your skin so you never have to be apart again. Personal space? Chloe has never heard of her. She’s goofy, playful, and absolutely thrives outside where she can zoom around, sniff every leaf like it holds government secrets, and remind everyone that age is just a number. Underneath all the silliness is a dog who desperately wants what she’s never truly had: a safe, stable forever home where she never has to wonder if she’ll be left behind again. Chloe would do best in a home without other dogs or young children. What she needs is someone who understands that the dogs who have been let down the most often love the hardest. If you’re looking for a perfect dog, Chloe probably isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a dog who will love you with her entire weird, goofy, snuggly little soul, Chloe has been waiting for you her whole life.
