I have been waiting for my family for a year and a half. Search Dog Foundation found me at the shelter and thought I might enjoy becoming a Search and Rescue dog, but once I got there and saw all the squirrels, I had a different job in mind: protect the humans from the squirrels! I love bouncing around, running trails, and training with my favorite humans, especially if they have a nice bag of cheese in their training pouch. I can file my own nails, sit in a swivel chair, and even climb trees! I love being active and can't wait to find a family that will appreciate all the funny quirks about me!

This 7 - 8 year old senior girl is the sweetest most loving dog! Nani is an easy, quiet, low maintenance girl. She loves all people, particularly children. Nani was lucky enough to be in a foster home for a few months. She was so happy and loved her fosters particularly the little boy. Nani and the 4 year old were best friends and cuddle buddies. What Nani loves the most is to be around her humans. When she sees the people she loves she does a little happy to see you dance that is so sweet and makes you laugh. Once she gets to know you, she will smother you with kisses. She loves to be scratched and loves to lay next to you. Nani doesn't require a lot of activity in her life, just a place where she can play, and sleep. She likes her walks but they don't have to be very long. She is a little reactive on leash with other dogs but easy to redirect. Nani loves the beach and had such fun at the beach with her friends Veronica and her 8 year old daughter. Nani would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She's a very chill, relaxed lady. Please consider fostering or adopting this precious girl. She would be so very grateful! Faith is a sweet and snuggly 6 month old pit bull mix puppy. She was found in the desert abandoned and alone, left to starve with her sister Hope. Rescued by good samaritans, AFLAR took them into our rescue and nursed them back to health. As Faith recovers she is becoming outgoing and confident. She loves to play with her sister and chase her enthusiastically around the house! She loves her toys particularly her Tibetan butter stick which she happily carries around. She is starting to talk with little squeaks and grumbles as she plays and cuddles and discovers the world. She loves to snuggle with her sister and her foster mom.
