I just want my baby to get the home she deserves

He enjoys playing fetch with his favorite ball, follows me around the house, and has been a cherished member of my family for his entire life.Unfortunately, Rocky struggles with fear-based reactivity. He can become reactive toward strangers, some dogs, and especially cats. Because of his size and strength, managing these behaviors has become increasingly difficult for me.I want to be completely honest about his behavioral challenges because my goal is to find the best possible outcome for him. Despite these issues, Rocky is not a dangerous dog living in constant aggression. He is a dog who needs an experienced handler, structure, management, and an environment.
