Frosty Faces Deserve Love Too 🤍 Meet Adelene, a 10 year old Boxer mix who is proof that getting older does NOT mean you have to slow down! Adelene came to us after her mom passed away, and unfortunately, she found herself in a shelter afterward. She’s now looking for a family who will give her the peaceful, loving home she deserves for her golden years. And honestly, don’t let that “10 years old” fool you. This girl is playful, loves her toys and rubber balls, and gets so excited to go outside. She’s great with both dogs and cats and would love having a family to spend her days with. Adelene can be a little anxious when she first arrives somewhere new, and it takes her a couple of days to really settle in and feel comfortable. Once she does, though, you get to see her sweet and playful personality come out. She is potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained, so she’s already got the important stuff down! Adelene is great with kids, but because we would really like her remaining golden years to be as peaceful as possible, we’re looking for a home without young children. Older kids or dog savvy kids who understand how to respectfully interact with her would be a great fit. No little hands pulling her tail, poking her eyes, or bothering her while she’s trying to relax 😂 She deserves to spend her retirement being spoiled! Stark is an 8 year old boxer/hound mix. He is great with kids and does well with other dogs and cats. He’s a sweet dog who loves to snuggle and spend time with people. We are no longer able to give him the exercise and attention he needs and would love to see him go to a home where he would thrive. He is also crate-trained.
